add them to your block list and give them nick names so you can wait for them to enter a game first before you start to queue yours.

The problem is I have so many of them that if I wait til they are all playing I will never get a game
I add all the people i don’t like playing with to my friend list and give them tasteful nicknames like donkey shlong or sack beard
This lets me know when the bads are in games and also makes me feel slightly better
