why is thief power bounced off ranger?

There’s a trait that let signets affect the ranger as well

i see. probably that was it. felt happening more often than 80 sec cd though, but you must be right.
They also have a skill called protect me
we have protect me then we have signet of stone(+ signet of the beastmaster) + we have a trait that we have reduced cooldown on signets so about every +- 60 seconds we can get signet of stone up
