when new exp started will pvp ranks continue?

Only a dev can tell, though doubtful as ur rank doesnt say much and u already have the legendary title + dragon rank finisher. We dont get more pve lvls and theres same amount of ranks as levels, though this doesnt have to mean anything. But on the other hand fractal ranks are increased to 100. Im just babbling, but thats only what you will get atm
