wtb more ideas of the top players and the old ggs about how can we improve the combo fields .
Atleast it is something that the spectators can understand and get thrilled by seeing it , rather than the fast paced combat
Make it so warriors need to work in pvp to archive things

Something like PvPvE…mb moba like map.

I would ask Mesmer Sword 3 gets looked at, with the ‘fix’ of not allowing the port after clone death they have taken away a lot of worth from the weapon. I’m not asking for a reversal of this as the designers clearly don’t want it to function like that, however in return they really need to make the clone’s leap usable on hills. Give the clone a zaxis portion to movement – let it copy the warrior sword leap.
Warrior:
Introduction new weap: 2h axe
Splitting healing power from toughness so they’re not in the same line
New elite: Shout
Mesmer:
Introduction new weapon: Main hand pistol
Reduce cool down on arcane thievery. Instant cast.
Clarification of skills. Especially scepter.
restoring some confusion damage back to previous patches.
Glamour fields remove all boons in 1.5 seconds. Prevent new boons forming if target still in null field.
New elite:Phantasm
Necro:
New weap introduction: Main hand sword.
Spectral armour also proc’s stability.
Increase casting speed of staff. Increase speed of axe.
Corruption skills proc physical damage on removing or corrupting boons.
new elite: Mass corruption skill.
Ele:
Introduction new weapon: main hand sword
Adjusting healing scaling power from water skills.
Creation of keybinds that make attunement swapping easier/quicker
New elite: Transform skill
Engi:
New weapon introduction: offhand net
Slight reduction in supply crate duration or crit hit/conditions now affect.
increase physical damage on rifle.
New elite: Unsure. Engi community would have good idea’s
Thief:
new weapon introduction: Off hand sword/net
Increase healing scaling on healing signet.
evades affected by chill/cripple
Better scaling in toughness
new elite: Stealing of target elite or disable healing skill 10 seconds.
Guardian.
New weapon introduction: 2h axe
Adjusting fury duration on meditations.
new elite: Spirit weapon.
Ranger:
Introduction new weapon: Staff or rifle
pet leash ranges adjusted.
Introduction kits>interrupting/traps. Remove all trap skills and contain in kit that alters forst 5 weapon skills. Change existing skills to ranger focus skills.
New elite: Pet transform
Overall:
Skills that produce % damage based on how many unique conditions are currently applied needs increasing. Hybrid builds would benefit. Hybrid builds become more viable. Mesmer staff/necro scepter good examples of where these attack damages sub par.

Increase what magic find does in Pvp on PvP obtained chests.
Bank/tradingpost/merchants added to PvP waiting area’s.
/resign button implemented for when server mechanics create 4 vs 5 matches accidentally. No affect on /resigned teams ranking by all /resigning before match starts.
Top 100 team matches recorded for spectator view like gw1. Let inexperienced teams see how exp teams operate before they have to face them one day.

New game modes should be the top priority right now, even if they arent part of the tourney rotation.
PvP is fun in this game, but the more casual pvpers (like myself and alot of people I know) need more variety to keep us interested in that aspect of the game. King of the hill, capture the flag, deathmatch, etc – we need alot more to do in pvp day to day.
Im not saying that balance, esports,etc arent important aspects – just that many of us just want more FUN things to do in spvp on a day to day basis.
I think the desire to make an esport is clouding the developers ability to just make some fun things to do in pvp. Forget everything else and just focus on making it fun.

Having seen the tonight macth of C9 vs EG in a moba game ‘’thus its name shall not be told’’ , what about using their gypsy Card Master mechanics and combine them with mini chibiko heroes in a Capture the Flag map ?
(if they are using GW2 combo fields to buff their chikka character , then we must use their mechanic too !)
1) You start a game with 3 small heroes near you feet (10% of your total height) .
2) Those heroes hold and protect the Flag , whiley the follow you around (the flag will show up as an Orb that is flying near you and the chibikos are surrounding-protecting it) .
3) If you use teleportation/leap spells , your Heroes/Orb wont be able to teleport near you istantly, but they will try to run-catch up you slowly .
4) If you are further than 750 yards , your heroes will loose ’’Morale’’ and drop the Flag after 15 sec (stopes the teleportation abuses ).
5) Pushing ’’F’’ or ’’F5’’ a list will show up : ‘’Attack – Defend – Follow me – Close Window’’
6) Pushing ’’Attack’’ , a spinning ball will show that is splited in 4 pieces . In the 2 areas there will be : cast ’’Evisecrate’’ , while in the others 2 : Cast ‘’Aim Shot’‘. . The ball will be spinning in huge a speed and in order to stop it and choose an attack you have to use ’’F’’ . ( Trying to manage this minigame , while staying alive will be tricky :P) .
7) In ’’Defend’’ there could be a) cast ’’Parry’’ (counters ’’Evisecrate’’) , ‘’Shield Your Friend’’ (counters Aims Shot) .
… (in ’’Attack’’ there could be also the : ‘’Steal the Ball’’ and in ’’Defend’’ > ‘’Pass the Ball’‘(choose an allie player and push that command)
8) In order to use the attacking or defensive attacks , you have to use the resources from a filling bar (Energy) . In order to fill up the bar , you have to attack direclty a player . The 1% of the total damage done of each spell , will fill up the bar . ( This rewards more physical Damage Dealers and less tanks/condtions )
9) In order to drop the flag , a) your must be dead or b) your 3 heroes must die .
11) If your heroes are dead , you cant aquire the flag .
12) if your heroes are dead then you have to stand in graveyard for 15 sec (or at a spot in the sides of the map) or you have to kill some NPCS that will offer 5 DIFFERENT HEROES with the ability of each time you oush ’’Attack’’ button , you can hurt 2 enemies heroes each time (something like the equilivent of Bloodlust in WSG) .
11) In order to use the ’’Attack’’ or ’’Defend’’ spells , you have to click the Player first . Then your heroes will attack his heroes .
12 ) Your Allies heroes are transparrent-hard to see . Your enemies’ heroes too . But if are getting attacked you can see with vivid clolrs the 1 of the 3 enemies heroes . For example if the enemy uses ‘’Aim Shot’’ then you will see his archer heroe trying to use that spells while the other 2 mobs are transparrent . The same aplies if he use ‘’Evisecrate’ from his Berseker hero (the 3rd one is a guardian/protector that he will do the ’’Defend’’ spells)
13 ) If you havent push any command , but rather try to kill the Player , the your mini heroes will attack his pets , with some scripting battle with a lot of auto attack dodges aoes . Both will die in a tie after 30-40 sec (this will lead to drop to flag and we wont have stealments in that map) . (In the 5v5 senario : either kill the person whos holds the flag , or try to sent your miniheroes to auto attack him for 30 sec)
14) If you use the abilities of ’’Attack’’ , for example ‘’Evisecrate’ your heroe will hop on the air , in a slowwwww paced telegraph , giving the oponent 4 sec to push the ‘’Parry commant’’ and stop the spells , otherwise one of his heroes will dies istantly . Again if you havent done much damage to the oponent , then you wont have eough ’’Energy’’, then you cant push the ‘’parry command’’ and your heroe will die .- again rewards Berseker gear as the community wants)
15) In a 5v5 senario , if the majority of the enemies player cast ‘’Evisecrate’ and one of them cast ‘’Aim Shot’’ then u should use the ’’Parry’’ mechanic to avoid the 4x ‘’Evisecrates’ m but one of your mob will die from the ‘’Aim Shot’’ (if the enemy cordinate a bit and cast x3 ‘’Evisecrates’ + x2 ‘Aim Shot’’ , they they will kill faster the chibiko heroes that protect the flag ) .
16) Your Allies can target you and use the abilites from ’’Defend’’ to protect your heroes . (if they cant kill your enemies or cant do much dps on on them to fill the Energy-Bar > then your team will loose)
There again its the problem with the map , that will be boring and will be 5v5 zergings …. But if we change it , ppl will whine ….
