As a grenade-engi fast-cast ground targeting is almost essential, but I usually can’t hit stuff as accurate without the AoE-rings. Could there be an option to use the AoE-rings with fast-cast ground targeting? Like if the rings appear for half a second when you use a skill.

You can solve that by simply double-clicking on the skill. The second click will use the skill at the marked location.

This, its what I do and it works like a charm.

Now don’t go ahead and double click on your keys THEN adjust the aoe ring, because it just won’t work.
