Welp the title says it all.
Step 1. Grab a riding broom, possibly an environmental item which can only be used at the minigame place.
Step 2. Ride the broom hitting swiftness-giving spots, jumping over obstacles (for example tree logs and holes in the ground, which would teleport you maybe over the obstacle and then you’d accelerate to full speed a little while for that disadvantage effect) and avoiding all kinds of crippling, chilling and even immobilizing things!
Step 3. Win… or lose, whichever you’d prefer!
Step 4. ???
Step 5. Profit! Collect your reward whatever it might be and enjoy! It might be your very own Riding Broom, a Witch’s Hat or even the whole costume? Or maybe some other Halloween themed items?
Or how about this: All minigames give the same tokens as rewards that can be used to buy even more awesome stuff? That way minigames would get the attention they deserve.

If there is going to be a racing minigame ever it will be a chocobo race in Lion’s Arch… I mean Moa. It’s in the southeast corner of the map, it’s the only thing that makes sense. It would work like the Keg battle game in Hoelbrect

This is probably more likely to happen, but if they want to “preview” the brooms in the shop and how they look they can totally do this for them.

I say essentially make them one-in-the-same. Where you pick your Moas to ride on and race, and for those with a fear of avian sense of style, they offer a magic broom (as a joke) just to give that little extra. Both control the same.

so there should be a quidditch like game? sounds fun (i had to wiki it because i did nit know what it was about)
