so 3400gems I need to be compensated.

Irrelevant. Once someone is at 80, AND has the money to buy t3 cultural, they sure as hell aren’t buying them for lvl 80 rare stats. They are buying them for the skin and transmuting them onto the exotics they bought/crafted ages before they got the cultural skins. And glorified skins is all they are. There was no need to stat them at all.

How would you guys feel if you invested time and gold into getting legendary weapons only for them to appear in the gem store with slightly modified improved effect for 1/3 the price?
