Guild Wars 2

This is a Rediculously good fun game mode, Something I can see myself logging into each day for the simple joy of stealing an Azuras fishing line and then tripping him over with it.

And if things proceed as they have been with this living story nonsense, it will be gone in a relatively short amount of time, and forever all that effort and fun that was put into the game mode will be die.

So please, I implore you arenanet, please don’t remove the crab toss!

This seems like it might be kept in; the previous installments like the Halloween pumpkin-moba and maze plus the Wintersday gift-retrieval were all part of a seasonal thing that went away, while this is part of Southsun (and not even related to the living story.) So it would make sense that it stayed (unless the refugees/settlers happen to leave Southsun.)

Well, they already stated crab toss is temporary content.

GW2 needs more minigames, not less. The crab toss should stay.

Wasn’t the Lost Shores survey pretty fairly anti-temp content? Or were the results private? All I remember is people griping about it, so clearly the answer is to keep doing it…

They said more minigames are coming, but that crab toss would be temporary.

I think that’s part of the reason why I love it.
Only with this mini game can I scream out loud “I finally caught crabs!” with a smile on my face and explain it in a way where people don’t back away from me. It is just so weird and out there, that’s the fun.

and so it begins… again…

I have to agree with Constantine. It’s one of the worst additions so far. It’s nothing but a spam-fest. Seriously, did anyone even test this game before it was given the green light? Although keg brawl has its issues, at least it requires some semblance of skill and timing. Crabtoss is just bad.

I find it quite boring and stupid… but, that being just my opinion and understanding others love it, I see no harm at all in keeping it. Afterall I don’t have to play it just because it is there.
