You are doing a level 26 dredge fractal. You slay countless dredge in order to progress, to find your freedom. You reach the might ice elemental! You started to attack forcing him to chase you. To its surprise, you pour melting hot lava all over it. It attacks you with Agony. You run for your life to the next spot while beating down on the elemental body.

Fast forward to 10 mins later.. The Ice Elemental is slain. You and your companions rejoice with this heroic accomplishment. You then notice a giant chest spawns. You think to your self its time to receive your hard works fruits. You open it insert Zelda opening chest tune here only to find out you were robbed. You receive the most dullest rare item in the ENTIRE GW world, the infamous Pile of Putrid Essence.

Please remove this items rarity. Its not rare at all. You receive this anywhere and it feels like you wasted your time. It feels like you were supposed to obtain something awesome yet you were given that thing.

Again Please remove the rarity of this item. It is currently 4copper on the TP. Its worth less.

But yes, it’s worthless – it would be worth more if they had more relevant recipes other than Orr-related stuff

Instead of removing item rarity, I’d like to see some really awesome crafting recipes using some of these mats. Better than just making it not yellow anymore. Give it some value.

Unfortunately, it looks like you haven’t played in fractal. You can get these thing from the fractal chest and wooden chest. Because they are considered rare you loose out since its in the pool with other rare items.

It would be interesting if instead of item color perhaps determining rarity in a drop, that the current value in the TP was used to determine rarity; eg. suppose you “roll” a lucky 100 to get a 1% chance item in your chest, you get an item worth 10g on the TP instead of a “rare” or “exotic” color item.

Just to prove to you that i am not a liar as you claim. Just got this from the last fractal chest!

For that item and other items of similar uselessness, they should drop its rarity to Blue maybe Green Rarity until it has some actual use to merit a rare drop.
