Something more for the RP'ers.
they already have the feature, you just have to type the full /emote. Though that added bit about how you implement the physical emote itself is genius. /e could be for adding the physical emote, while /emote would be the RP emote.
i like it.
For taverns, i think they already have plenty of taverns, but currently i do not know of any chairs that you can sit in, and that should be fun to use. While it’s great to be able to pick up a chair and swing it at someone, it would also be just as great to sit in the dam chair, and have a mug at the table that you can interact with too (or plate or whatever).
Quick tip: Charr, /surprised
Absolutely adorable.

You can type /e (custom text) to get “Donari (custom text)” — Fallen Earth did moods that affected the character’s facial expression. Alas, those didn’t stick so you had to keep refreshing them.
I know lots of guys make fun of and just “don’t get it” when we ask for chairs and couches to sit on, but it can really be awesome fun. The interact-able drinks/food would be soooo cool. (envisions seeing when an Asuran sits at a tavern chair, they sit on a stack of books or something)
Maybe even implement /chug to use any alcohol you are carrying in inventory??

I myself am an occasional role-player and developer, and I can’t say how true this is. Chairs and couches would add a lot in terms of feel and interactive environment, and they are extremely easy to make (unless of course the devs feel a nice to customize the position for every different chair.
This… all of this… yes
It’s particularly jarring when I enter a tavern or a house and see NPCs just standing around and all the chairs completely empty, or when I see an NPC snoring away on the floor when there’s a bed less than a foot away from them.

is already in the game, or do you mean something else?
