We need a method for seeing what crafting level each individual character has in each crafting skill. Only method I have seen so far is to go to each crafting agent and see how much it costs to switch crafting professions/divide the cost by 10. If this is in place someone please enlighten me! TIA

Not sure if the crafting tab on the hero screen gives the option to look but that would be where it should be listed.

I believe it only shows your account progress as a whole ATM. Unless I read that wrong.

You can look at the achievements to get the highest level for each discipline. Under the “Tradesman” section of the achievements, you’ll see the highest level for each discipline.
Of course it doesn’t show which character has that discipline, but at a glance I can see that my armorsmith is at 125, my artificer is at 163, and so on. If for some reason you had more than one character with a given crafting discipline (say, two armorsmiths), you would of course only see the highest — but I can’t think of a good reason to have this duplication.
For individual characters, the hero window does show your active crafting disciplines, including level and known recipes (even if you’re not at a crafting station).

So what if you have points invested in more than 2 crafting disciplines, with the goal of advancing them all to 400? Not gonna be everyone’s goal, but might be possible. So you advance 2 to 400, want to see which one to start next. Or if you happen to need to craft something in one profession you are not currently using, and you want to see quickly if you can make the item. The only way to do that ATM is to go to crafting specialist and see how much it will cost to switch. Not really too difficult, but there should be a quick, easy way for them to provide this info in the interface.

So i take it that the crafting tab under your hero sheet doesent show all your learned crafts then? Wonder if thats a bug given it shows your recipies but you can not craft from it.

I believe it only shows the 2 crafts you are active in, not all crafts you have put time into. Not sure if it shows all recipes however, didn’t think to check that.

Choose one that’s not active? I don’t understand the problem you’re describing.
Let’s say I start with armorsmith and weaponsmith. I bring those to 400, and want to max the rest. Maybe I want to use the same character. So I’d go train… anything other than armorsmith/weaponsmith. What’s the issue?

As I stated. The achievements panel will show you the highest level you’ve trained in a profession, no matter what character it’s on. You never have to go to a crafting station to figure out what your highest level is.
If you want to know if you’ve discovered a particular recipe, the switching cost alone will not help you anyway. So again, I really don’t see the problem you’re describing.
