Things I don't understand
You can go to WvW to use your items in PVP
On WvW I can use my PVE items? On WvW I am same level as I am in PvE world?

Yes you use your PVE items. No you are not the same level because otherwise you will be slaughtered in seconds, the game will boost you to max level to have a better chance and not be useless. However once you are 80 you are no longer boosted and use exactly the same items you have. The boost doesn’t make you a full exotic (end-game) character anyway.
- If there will be dueling system on any level?
- If there will be pvp items for points which will make you more powerful?
- If there will be pvp for any levels (like 10-20, 20-30.. 70-80) with possibility to use PVE items?
You don’t need dev to answer as all of this is well known
- Dueling will not be anytime soon in the game because devs are reluctant and the only exception is if tremendous amount of people wishes for it but it’s not a priority
- there will not be, ever, items in PvP that make you more powerful than others; the name of the game is skill>items and the playing field is equal in terms of gear
- You can do this in WvWvW already but if you mean a’la battleground there will not be such because when you enter pvp lobby you are automatically leveled to 80 with access to all skills and gear same as everyone else (power wise)
Honestly I think you’re looking at it entirely wrong.
IMO it should be:
Algorithm of MMORPG: kill mobs -> increase level, get new skills, get new items -> use them in pvp to show how cool you are
Algorithm of GW2: Do personal story quests, dynamic events, craft, explore etc. > increase level, get new skills and items > do new personal story quests, new dynamic events, explore new areas, do dungeons, do WvW (although you can do that while levelling) ect.
In other words the focus of the game is on experiencing the content, not getting through the content so you can get better/flashier items to show off to other players. (You can, and will, get better and nicer looking gear along the way too, but it’s just one part of the game rather than the point of it.)
I’ve not tried PVP in this game yet so I can’t comment on how it’s actually working but the idea is that it’s supposed to be entirely skill based rather than gear based. You’re supposed to spend time learning your profession and the combat mechanics and coming up with a good build, then win because you are better than the other person. Not spend your time grinding for gear in PVE and win because you have more free time to get that gear.
“Life’s a journey, not a destination.”
Algorithm of PVP: kill other players -> get points -> buy more powerful items
Algorithm of GW2 PVP: kill other players -> get points -> buy item to looks different???Am I missing something?
You are.
GW2’s PvP system, where everyone starts with the same access to stats actually makes PvP Playervsplayer where as adding better gear for points would make PvP more Gearvsgear making it less about individual skill and more about who had grinded pvp/pve for the better stats.
Imagine if you will, someone, such as yourself, joining the game 5 months after everyone else, where in PvP everyone else had 2 or 3 tiers of gear higher than you with superior stats…….you’d have no chance.
A level playing field, such as it is now, is the best way imo to make PvP about the players, not their gear.

This can be easily resolved by adding players ranking, so mostly only players with same rank will battle.

Still, you may as well get used to not gaining a gear/item advantage in GW sPVP EVER
It’s just a different system and has been their staple since GW1.
If you want a level/gear ‘advantage’ in PvP in GW2, you’ll have to do WvW. However, that advantage will probably be rather abysmal, as (enemy) numbers are usually king in WvW, and any advantage you might gain – at this point – through e.g. Ascended gear (which not everyone bothers to get) is rather small.
The whole point of Guild Wars 2 is that PvE is not merely a stepping stone for PvP, but you know, about 70% of the actual game.
Getting to maximum level (lvl 80) is NOT the start of some so-called “real content”, and leveling up a character is NOT a chore to be rushed through as fast as possible.
Leveling up a character is meant to happen all by itself while you explore the world, do the personal story, craft items, play the Fractals of the Mists dungeon and maybe try out some WvW. Choose your own mix of activities that appeals to you, and enjoy the ride.
Of course, there are lots of things to do at level 80, but you can already start doing those things a lot earlier. Examples include PvP, WvW, dungeons and Fractals of the Mists. (Being maximum level just makes you better suited at doing those things.) There is hardly any content that is “level 80 only”.
If you are of the mindset that you need to race every character to level 80 in order to access the “best parts of the game”, then maybe this is not the game for you.
This can be easily resolved by adding players ranking, so mostly only players with same rank will battle.
Player rankings are based on win/loss ratios and the rankings of those battled. But those wins/losses could be due to a gear gap or skill. GW2’s PvP model ensures that wins/losses are all based on skill. Imo, that’s a better model. I’d rather lose to a superior opponent, not someone who sucks but has gear 2 tiers higher than me and practically wins by default.

Hello everyone, thank for GW2 – it is amazing game, I am new here and currently don’t understand several things.
It’s pretty simple. You actually answer your own question.
Algorithm of MMORPG: kill mobs -> increase level, get new skills, get new items -> use them in pvp to show how cool you are
Algorithm of GW2: kill mobs -> increase level, get new skills, get new items -> ???Algorithm of PVP: kill other players -> get points -> buy more powerful items
Algorithm of GW2 PVP: kill other players -> get points -> buy item to looks different???
Algorithm of other MMORPGs: Person with the best items wins.
Algorithm of GW2: Person with the best skills wins.
In other games, if you want to get better, you mindlessly farm stuff or pay with a credit card to get better gear.
In GW2, if you want to get better, you research how to play your class and practice using different skills and techniques and combos.
I always thought PvP in a RPG was stupid because it’s not PvP, it’s CvC – character vs. character. Whichever character has the better gear or is higher level has a better chance of winning. So it’s not really PvP, it’s CvC. First person shooters don’t have this problem because every character is identical (or at least every player can pick from identical characters).
GW2 meshes the two. They add a RPG elements to the world for flavor, but PvP is purely player vs player. For the most part nobody has equipment advantages. It’s skill against skill (imbalance between classes excepted, but then you can just play the OP class and make Anet’s server stats light up that everyone is playing a xxxxx in PvP so they need to nerf it).

Simplified Algorithm – Do things → have fun?
Fun has to be part of the equation, right?
Currently I can’t see reason to play PVE or PVP? Am I missing something?
Thank you.
Video Game. If you can’t answer that question I’m afraid you have already answered your own question. We hope you enjoy your stay and take home some memories of a good journey.
