Please add some WINGS / VALKYRIE themed headbands / armor. Inspired from Norse mythology. For female characters, these look really sexy and cool with the hair exposed. They would look great as a LIGHT ARMOR—but perhaps also make variations available to all armor classes.

Ok the helmet is amazing , i would actually say heavy armor , so guardians can use it (seems totally guardian themed to me), but that doll is plain creppy.

Heavy armor desperately needs head pieces that show hair.

Valkyrie are warrior type of beings…they would not wear light armor. Currias and the like…thus a valkyrie winged circlet would be considered heavy armor.

only item i have seen with wings on it was the bracers of dwayna from the HoM and to a lesser extent the seraph gear (human tier 3). that being said I am completely in support of this. would also extend gear to having more elemental qualities. tired of seeing fire armor/weapons.

Well dunno , im sure that if only 1 kind is added , will be for heavy armor so guardians can use it.

But they might also add one version to each armor kind. So your ele can also use it.

Personally , i would vote for them to add feather sets to all kinds of armor.

Actually given Norse history, they would wear only as far as medium armor. And the prowler leather set has an almost valkyrie-ish helm, though it eats the hair disgustingly like all the other hat/helms in game.

that’s not the same. on that one, the wings are on the shoulders, not the head.

In regards to that response, the person said the only item he/she has seen with wings on it was that. Orrian Light Mantle has them too. All I was saying.

In refards to headgear, I will agree: also Norn heavy armor tier 2 has the wings on it

I think I did a pretty good job with Valeri The Valkyrie.

My intent was to recreate the popular look of those Norse shield maidens. I’m not big on helmets, so I went with the classic braided hair and I hide the helmet. The Phalanx helmet has great looking wings on the Charr, but they lost the wings and look more Roman on Humans and Norn.

I would love some sort of headband or circlet. Unfortunately, those will probably never be included under “heavy armor”.

Love that look! I swear I’ve seen that or something very similar before, perhaps in a promotional picture? I can’t put my finger on it.

I checked that hairstyle on Val. That is indeed the sort of headband / circlet I would love to have. It looks nice, but I had to rule it out. Hair that hangs down my back clips with my shield when stowed and/or flaps through it when I run. And though I love long hair, there’s also something to be said for the graceful curve of a bare back as well.
