Warrior: Stronger Bowstrings.
Longbow already is on par with the rifle as far as I’m concerned, but I use it as a close combat weapon.
As a Warrior, you should be embracing the class’ fast weapon swapping.
With the ability to swap weapons every 5 seconds, you can build up some adrenaline, lay down Combustive Shot followed by Arcing Arrow to create an Area Might blast finisher, then swap to say Hammer for a further blast finisher with Earthshaker. Keep on swapping weapons and you’ll get the best out of the Longbow.
The Longbow is functionally different to the rifle and should be treated as such.
Try using it how I do for a while and then re-evaluate your opinions.
And when it comes to sieges, either on the walls or against them, the Longbow outclasses the rifle completely.
Therefore I may take some time replying to you.
The Longbow is already very useful in WvW, adding these changes would make it quite OP.
Not all weapons are supposed to be useful for all builds. That’s one of the points of different weapon sets.

I’m not saying the longbow is useless or a bad weapon, I only ever run with longbow
and axe/warhorn (as sylvari it is cool roleplay too), but I think it is obvious that the rifle
is just more powerful, has better traits, and far more warriors run with rifle than with
the longbow. I’m not really saying to bring the weapon longbow up to par with rifle, I’m
saying to bring the longbow traits up to par with the rifle trait.
We get one trait to make longbow range the same as the rifle range, and one trait to
get +10% damage on burning targets, which is a tier 2 trait, where far better traits can
be found, such as shout cooldown trait or warhorn trait.
My suggestion is to either make the stronger bowstrings trait a bit better in tier 1, or
make it significantly better in tier 2. If you make the base range of longbow 1200, as it
really should be anyway, it is a longbow after all, then you get more options for trait
changes.

There is more to GW2 than shooting arrows from a wall in WvW though. And most
warriors use a rifle even for that. Since kill shot will take down most wounded players
in one hit. You say longbow is good for wvw, I say rifle is even better for wvw, and rifle
is better for all other content as well.
The rifle is just far better, it is even able to strike with (piercing) aoe attacks, which is
meant to be the bow’s niche.
The only reason I don’t use it, is because I just don’t like guns, and I know most warriors
who use the longbow over the rifle, which aren’t many, do this for the same reason.

Actually out of all warriors I have seen in WvW, the vast majority uses the longbow, simply because of the superior long-range AoE it provides (Combustion Shot is extremely powerful against a blob of enemies (or people on walls).
Rifle is great and all, against single targets, but in most cases AoE > ST in WvW.
