It’s the same time reset was for most of GW2’s history.

So reset isn’t interrupted by Friday end-of-work-day PST patches.

Because us Pacific Northwesterners like our microbrews and happy hour at 5 pm, then when we leave the brewery we can hit up reset in the evening.
