No one asked me to put my opinion in – but then again neither did they for you. I mean no offense to anyone here, but where I post is entirely up to me. I am merely here to encourage my old server to do well and congratulate them on closing a massive point deficit whilst lacking any commanders.

And Neithan, I know that. I am stuck at work and posting on the forums to help pass time. I just think it’s funny at this point where they mentioned getting under peoples’ skin, yet are becoming frustrated now at some unimportant outsider commenting in their precious thread.

as seen on the left of the score, GoM own’s the keep but not the orb.

Talk about your old server all you want to Osskil but when you start suggesting that we are not trying / losing and that AR+GoM should troll our server you should expect this kind of negative attention back.

Anyways, I think I speak for all of us when I say take your nose out from our collective behinds and “transfer” it in your own servers business.

I didn’t say you guys aren’t trying – I just stated that you’re spending time here instead of Wv3’ing it and taking back objectives. And saying that AR and GoM should team up and squelch you guys out of 1st is still something I stand by – as in any match that the #1 server pulls away a significant amount. If you don’t like that, too bad. I am fairly certain you can ignore me on the forums just as well as in game. I welcome any form of feedback, be it positive or negative – but I won’t take it very seriously.

And as far as me removing myself from the thread, this is entertainment while I work, so I will respectfully decline.

It’s possible that the carrier died, I’ve seen it wack out a few times like that. It could also be something worse, but can’t really point fingers until there is certain evidence.

Fair enough! Good show. In all fairness, I mean no disrespect to anyone in this thread (and I think I’ve made that very clear multiple times.) I am simply discussing Wv3 in a Wv3 thread.

We are always outnumbered in BP, thats the name of the game when it comes to us. Our players just got smarter and use good tactics.

I also wouldn’t say that we are ‘smarter’ – we have several…upon several people on our world that need some guidance and good advice. We are just very lucky that most people are willing to listen and learn!

The only good sportsmanship I’ve ever heard when speaking of world vs world was about the Yak’s bend server where they had an orb they didn’t rightfully own and a guildleader of them switched over to coordinate a transfer of the orb to the other server.

Just wanted to point out that someone from Yak’s stole our orb on CD here last week, and again their commanders organized a respectful return of it. Yak’s is a quality server with great people.

We are always outnumbered, but now you win because you got smarter.

So we are losing right now, and you just said we are outmanning you. You also said you win while being outmanned, because you got smarter. and better. So, even with more people then you, we lose versus you, because you got smarter.

Do I have to translate it for you? It’s not because you don’t say it directly, that you don’t mean it.

Stop using the outmanned card. It’s not true anymore. Be it transfer, or like you said, pve coming to pvp, I see good numbers from BP.

This weeks matchup has been great. My guild and I have been in WvW everyday fighting head on with AR and GoM. First time since launch we have had an even matchup. The post of AR and GoM teaming up against us is not needed. First off, We are in first place, If both servers didnt hit us at same time obv they are not doing it right. Ive been on BP since launch. We dont need to flame ppl on forums or the self promoting of our guilds with screenshots to show what we do. Face the facts, We may lead WvW focused guilds but to not give credit to the so called “pugs” that follow is not fair. Let our work show through the score. We have always been a friendly server. Dont change now because we are finally getting organized and can hold stuff longer. TBH who cares if people say we night cap. AR players knw our server has a low night pressence. It has been proven in other matchups. Anyway, keep up the great fights GoM and AR its been a great matchup so far!

I don’t know who that little 15-18 man BP group running through AR BL was last night, but nice grouping of siege equipment off Wood, I think it was 3 shots with the mortar to kill it. Nice when 1 guy can stop 3 groups from taking a tower. Maybe spread that stuff out a little. You guys were totally outnumbered there AR-1 person BP-15ish. I know you were hoping to PvDoor(well technically wall), sorry.

GoM here. Good match this week. We have an uphill battle ahead, but it’s better than the weeks and weeks of blow-outs up until now. Our server apparently has a bigger population of post work/school players because all BL and EB are pretty much empty before 2pm (pacific). I get the feeling we’ll be seeing this matchup a lot, unless free server transfers results in another huge flux of players.

Yesterday, during primetime, the numbers looked really even between our 3 server. Well at least in EB. We had outmanned buff for a bit, then BP got it for like 5-10 min too, so it was all fair.

And don’t worry, I won’t judge BP over Dirtyklingon, Plok or Hakato. They have been posting thing like that since launch, in every match up. I know the rest of PB is really great, and have really good player.

i said “my guild”, engagements my guild that i’ve been a part of personally we’ve largely been at least slightly outnumbered this match, i know my guys were running with the BPA zerg in EBG last night though, so idd that numbers were fairly even. though if AR suddenly has less of a night population than previous matches, then that’s a new thing.

anyways, this match has been good so far. no need to get high and mighty about acting the sportsman. this is not our first rodeo together. there’s nothing wrong with boasting- boasting and sabre rattling is an important part of this kind of pvp.

i am debating between wvw and buying win 8 tonight. but i am psyched to get my mes to 80 and unleash the full effectiveness of this full operational battlestation!

mentioning being outnumbered is only bad when it’s qq/an excuse.

we might not be outnumbered on the map. it doesn’t mean some of our elements don’t fight outnumbered.

i like taking a beating from 2 sides with each force individually outnumbering mine.

that’s not for everyone though.

it doesn’t mean my guys don’t run with the zerg when it makes sense to do so. there are preferences then there is practicality afterall.

though what makes sense to us, may not make much sense to others.

On GoM map – fighting both of you while you fought each other over Hills, and the orb was FUN. Good times! Definitely hope we get a GREAT matchup like this again next week!

That’s how we outnumber Borliss Pass. We are at least twice as them. That outmanned buff is just for the show. Oh And they had a group attacking another tower too.

Update as of 7:30 this morning.

Those fight yesterday were crazy in EB.

We didn’t have any guild or commander, it was a pure PuG roaming around, so we didn’t do much except killing. BP were amazingly strong and had so good number. We had outnumbered buff for half of the night.

But it was still a blast, BP eventually pushed and got 3 of our tower. But getting our Keep was another thing, someone had fun building like 10 siege to protect our front near the choke point, it was useful.

Didn’t see many GoM tho, was hoping for them to take BP while they were fighting us. But they didnt.

Applaud DrSparkles for not only killing, but posting the vid of killing botters! Tired of these smacktards occupying slots that could otherwise be utilized by “helpful” players. Unfortunately I see it as a problem that is not going to go away.

I am sure it’s a prob every server is dealing with.

Several have said it, but this week has been great!!! Logged in last night and the match really swung back and forth. Great fights in EB, ARBL, and GMBL.

It did seem that we all lost a lot of players after 12:00pm central, but the other two servers were hit harder than Anvil. A lot of PvDoor between 12 and 2am.

I gotta say – GREAT pushes AR and GoM. Looking forward to the end of my work day so I can help push back! <3
