So i was looking for this around and was asking others.
Do you think it would be useful in WvW to have an option for a bigger party?

i know i form a party with my guild or friends when i go into WvW
pretty sure the rest of you do or most of you.

how do you feel a 10 peoples party would be in wvw?

It should have been larger then even 10. I’m confused why the max is only 5, but 10 would be a nice upgrade.

10 would be nice for a party but I wish we could identify guildmates in WvW as well not just green dots on the map.

I’m pretty sure we’ve been asking for this since the first beta.

I wish there were more Commander types… like a Guild Commander, 20 people in the squad at a cost of 50G (or unlockable @ War level 5). Not visible by the entire server, just members of your guild… I can’t see my guild ever having more than 15 in our WvW group and tbh I don’t want to be leading dozens of randoms around.

I agree with this idea, also please allow for different color options for the group leaders

I agree, a party of 5 is really disappointing. At least give the opportunity to make “alliances”. I found that you can create a “Squad”, but i could never manage to create one so I don’t know what it does.

thats because “Squad” can only be formed by someone who has the commander thing.
Squad lets you form a 30 peoples party. But sadly theres no large parties option other then that.

That’s actually bad.

Should be a way to get 20 into a party without the need of a squad

That’s it… some people simply like running with 10-15 people or guild members, and don’t want to LEAD dozens of people around. It’s STILL impossible to do that effectively in-game.

The reason a lot of people don’t use commander is because the people in the squad don’t show up in the party. All it does is 1)separate chat 2)only show that commander 3)easier supply check.

I would love to be able to have a bigger party option. Raid tab maybe? In Spvp I am able to see up to 8-10 people in my party the same should be for WvW. A number of times we always have that odd man out because all the parties are full. I can’t say how many times Ive been told come to me and I’m like “where the bloody kitten is that??” Because I’m not in their party/able to see guildies unless they are close to me.

Totally agree Devon. It’s just so darn difficult to organize multiple 5 man groups for medium size forces. Visual pins like the commander have really help in game, but we need something for private or guild groups.
