100% map completion icon show on enemy players?

Yes, it does. I have seen it on many enemy players.

You can see it through walls and things too. We discovered an enemy mesmer hiding in the water in Ascension Bay because we saw their 100% star hiding in the rocks.

Is there a way to turn it off or are you stuck with that target me first icon by your name?

Oh plz, dont fix it, that is one of the best ways for targetting mesmers

also, when the mesmer was “looking for a group” and trying to hide behind his clones, u can just laugh.

No, at the moment you can’t turn off the star.
