and as for the continued 2v1 complaints in these threads its funny, while I was leading in EB yesterday it was amazing how helpful both SBI and JQ were being, SBI would push up into ogres so we would cap Anz and QL, then JQ would get angry and push back all the way down into bravost so we would ninja Mendons and durios/anz and so on. You made it fun never felt pressured the whole time I was leading

jq doesnt seem in danger anymore of going to t-2 with bg currently in 3d place. so the unholy trinity again for another 3 weeks it is.

These are definitely the three best servers in the NA server group if not the world(based on score). There are always great battles going on and hard fights. I think we’ll be the three servers on top for sometime.

I know most of my dedicated fellows in JQ won’t agree, but I would really like going to T2 for a change. Most of the people who came to JQ to get their map completition, free karma and level their alts already left, many important guilds lost a lot of people that quit playing.
Free server tranfers support people/guilds that only care about winning, even if that means transfering to a server to take towers with 40-people zergs, while there are only a couple defenders inside or none at all.

So honestly, I couldn’t be less worried about leaving T1.
I had my fun with HoD and SBI, and ET and IoJ, and many others. I was lucky to be there when caping was something you did fighting, not just walking through an empty tower, when money you spent in upgrades was worth it, when T1 was a WvWvW, not one-colour-borderlands. So really, I can’t complain. But now I’m looking forward for more even and entertaining matches.

Good battles this week. SBIcoming strong at us. And War Machine. All I can say is OMG. The sheer numbers. Hahah good job guys. Looking forward to a good Xmas week of battles.

The problem is that we don’t have multiple big guilds like SB or SOS does(not saying JQ doesn’t have any but overall) and as a result we become less organized when less experienced commanders are online(not bashing our commanders, but this is the truth) and have random participation rates every week. In one word, JQ is like a PUG server; everyone does their own thing.

I do enjoy being in JQ where many smaller guilds participate in WvW and JQ has a great atmosphere, but I understand it does get frustrating at times when you call for defense at a tower, but only 2 people in the zerg wp back to defend it.

Also, WM, THANK YOU. Was the most fun WvWing ive had in a long time. We do things called class workshops, where our guild seperates into class channels and we brainstorm diffrent ideas for what we do in the field. Today after our butt whoopin, the energy was practically tangible! Nothing like a kick to the teeth to wake you up and have you thinking about new ideas!

We have some new tricks in the works, looking forward to testing them out against your team!

And once again, to all the people who pitched in their support when I was banned, thanks so much. I was so lost, I started doing dishes and running errands… I do NOT recommend it…

Well if you guys are this highly ranked at your current setup, I shudder to think what JQ could do if someone were to unite the tribes and march en force on the field.

The original “full force” JQ server demolished HOD (the week of the breakup but 80% of the alliance was still in tact) and SBI. If I recall, JQ was leading by over 100k points a few days into the match. After that week, many of the DAOC guilds (like Fate, TW, etc) left JQ and went to SOR server. And now, SOR is a tier 2 server. So in a way, the original JQ server when all the guilds were united was quite amazing. Split up, one group is still in tier 1 and the other group is in tier 2.

Okay! I’ve finally woken up after an epic night fighting for SBI in our borderland. We all got very excited ~11 hours ago when SBI took the lead and we all got a bit misty eyed. Epic peoms were composed and skalds sung of our glory! But it was just a momentary lull. When the SoS blitzkrieg happened it got pretty crazy trying to hold onto just about anything! xD

Just realize we have jumping puzzle at borderland which lead people into the “chest” at garrison.

2 garrisons fell tonight , I wonder if both were exploited into. and yes it was seen not just imagined.

I would ask guild leaders to speak to the culprits and get them to stop.

Hey, if the only way you can stay in t1 is to jump yourselves into keeps, well, that’s pretty embarrassing. There’s been incidents of it on every server, where it’s been dealt with… but I never really expected to see it from one of the larger, more well-known guilds. Who doesn’t even need to do it to win. It is pretty pathetic o_o

I’ve had JQ exploit briar tower(s) from me at least 3 times this week, people are doing it everywhere. Granted, doing it to garrison is more serious. Get the video up, I doubt it was anyone from core WM doing the exploit, most likely a bad egg lying to a WM commander that they were in legitimately.

Every server have people who glitch, randoms who saw a video or glitchers who gather to start an exploit guild, but having 20+ exploiting same thing for 2 days in a row and defending em is just cinical I saw myself like 15 WM ppl I don’t even bother taking pics or w/e I only try to keep my eyes open cuz I know anet response will be pretty slow to this issue, please do not compare those random exploiters that every server has to an entire zergs exploiting and abusing of this on all bl’s

as posted above it is rediculous to think that an enitre guild was doing this. Even if the fraps taken shows some senior names, it is not proof that in spite of it occurring twice in an hr that the group was not told they had a mesmer in legally. Or they just blindly followed a good leader.

I do not blame SBI or an entire guild, that is silly. either the mesmer was acting alone and the leader was foolish, or there were more than one involved though. both times.

I think without seeing the video/pictures it is just a bad few ruining the name of a guild/server. I have respect for SBI on how they responded to when Wild Bill would exploit into SoS towers. All we can do is report, move on, and becare about posting “proof” here because it can be seen as “sharing an exploit” and ArenaNet can over react and ban the wrong people faster.

The lead officer from WM pretty much confirmed that they exploited into garrison twice on gw2guru. Looks like they are leaving SBI and joining another server. The part I didn’t understand is that he mentioned about bandwagons joining up to form a strong server. Yet, at the end, he asks others to join him at the new server.

I apologise then, not that I probably have to, was trying to defend people who I had always seen as leaders to follow. That’s sad to hear, but I guess this is what happens when ego’s get so large they’d rather cheat and lie to win than be seen as respectable and honest. It has a negative impact on everyone around them, this is a major case of such impact.

Good luck WM where ever you go, you’ll be missed. I hope not too many SBI guilds follow you, and I hope ANet sorts WvW before more cases like this arise.

I hope you enjoy your time on Kaineg WM. Enjoy your break, and I’m sure we’ll see you in the upper tiers of wvw again soon as you make Kaineg into a force to be reckoned with.

Yeah, they need to fix this jumping into garrison thing. It’s one thing to have a mesmer plant inside, everyone does this… but it’s another to just jump your happy butts inside and then gloat about it. That’s not player skill, and SBI on a whole is better than that. Like, I can’t even be mad about it, because it’s just so pitiful. I hope this delightful trend doesn’t continue, however, because while you guys undoubtedly learned from WM, this is one lesson best left behind.

My post was regarding War Machine who were trying to roll SoS bl most of this week, and the only double teaming that occurred was SBI and JQ against us. Maybe you are talking about SBI bl or EB (I don’t know, I wasn’t on those maps). Anyway let’s not have another “double teaming” debate; anyone with an ounce of empathy realizes that double teaming in a threeway battle results from everyone following their own best interests.

You don’t really have a position to say that WM is just a ‘doom zerg’. Jang Gun is one of the best strategists to play a Guild Wars game. His commanding is pretty much unrivaled in GW2, and I’m fairly sure he was a very dominant player in GW1 (I’m not sure about this part, fairly sure he’s core). Perhaps their reaction to the whole Tier 1 shenanigans is poorly thought out, but the core WM as players are better than most players will ever be. Not really fair to belittle the guild, when I know for a fact that Agg have had problems with them in WvW.
