This is going to stop the farming exploit but will not fix the wvw issues.
That being said there really is no way to stop said spying/botting with people from the large teams who invest in other accounts to bot and spy on servers that will be a threat. This form of metagaming is foul and with the region wide market they do not even have to xfer to get there gold from there bot account.
I am not sure of the bot time it takes to gain gold = 5600 gems to pay for there investment my guess is not to long and when caught they just cry I was hacked.
