Took my guild out to EB for our first organized WvW trip. Thanks to the 30-35 of us that showed up and all of the others that helped us take SMC and hold it for a few hours. Looking forward to doing more WvW soon

even though it’s about 1 AM here, a plate of pancakes and bacon would seriously hit the spot right now, in fact, that particular combination is somethign i will pretty much eat at any time of the day… yum

anyway, my favorite kind of bagel would be a plain bagel (boring i know, but just wait for it) with a spread of plain cream chease (wait for it…) smoked salmon, capers and fresh red onions. kinda like Lox on a bagel, but with smoked salmon instead. A local bagel place serves a variant that is simply mouth watering.

As a long time JQ’er, I wish to thank the person on the page prior for the video link. Most kind of you to post that for us. Though, I’d much rather send this back out to all of you that spend hours and hours working hard in WvW. No matter the labels that divide us, it’s earned by every GW2 player. Because it’s GW2 that unites us.

You say you respect TW as players and would love to fight them, but then turn around and refuse to include them in the list of guilds you want to fight. I mean you do realize there are third person parties you can go to, to communicate.

I dont know who has been trolling us ( EMP ) latly, and I don’t really care. EMP will continue to do what we do, have fun , play to win, and try ( key word folks) try to respect everyone from any server. Yes we have bad apples, but were working on that =).

Much Respect To All BG and SOR guilds this week. Best matchup in a long time and some of the best fights I have been around for since launch.

That last comment was not directed at you, it was directed at your guildmate, Hoots (see his post above, and again earlier in the thread. You have kept things very diplomatic, and i applaud you for that. I will try and be on later today to see if we can get something set up. Cheers.

If I recall, a few weeks ago, Rawnoodles and a few of Emp members mentioned on the forum about TW players whispering them in game with insults and personal attacks. I think Emp is probably referring to this incident.

Emp is hosting an official GvG lobby open for all guilds of all servers! 20v20-30v30 team sizes.

This will commence 2 hours before reset! Let me know if your guild is interested! 3 guilds are confirmed!

We might cancel depending on how close the score is.

This next 28 hours will be very entertaining to say the least. We’ve seen close match ups before, but not with both servers at full strength toe to toe with this short of a lead on a Thursday. Closest thing I can remember is the JQ ‘almost comeback’ from 30k down against SoS.

Please contact one of our team leads if you find an exploiter, video and screenshots help as well. Stating it without any evidence is moot. I have, in the past, gotten full recordings and approached team leads of servers instead of making public discussion about it. These posts end up turning a thread in to 3 pages worth of bickering and a kitten for tat fight.

It will definitely be interesting to see what happens here but win or lose, JQ is still going to be top dog next week. I’m hoping that our guys don’t burn themselves too hard, this match-up looks like it will persist for the foreseeable future. I’m taking a little breather myself.

We don’t care about the whole buying of guilds. The whole fact that you guys had the once T1 rulers BANDWAGON to your server is what ruins it. When I was on Blackgate we had our chances of ruling T1 but PuGs quit, Guilds hated each other (and still do), and there was no real communication outside some forums that was moderated by someone that didn’t play the game. Some of the guilds, instead of preparing, felt they HAD to attend WvW. Instead of fixing this problem, they paid/bandwagon for guilds to transfer over and now talk like they’re all that

I said the same thing when I was on Blackgate and I’ll say it again and again. They aren’t T1 material, and the fact I’ve been with just about every guilds zerg so far in this matchup and it’s been a simple cakewalk over them, making tons of badges and gold, shows that is the truth.

If SoR were to get the coverage to actually compete, there wouldn’t be much chance. The fact we even have over 100k points with such lack of coverage is nothing short of amazing. Constantly having paper walls while you guys have T3 and still owning the PPT matchup.

You guys should simply try getting better rather than bandwagoning. That is all.

At least I’ve actually done something for Blackgate unlike you. I’ve done more than my fair share of PvP in game and unfortunately the community took a lot out of me, to the point where I was unable to actually play the game. If you think running a community site is anything but easy work, than you have been misinformed.

Go ahead now, ask any Guild Leader on Blackgate. I’m sure almost all of them respect me for what I’ve done, even though they usually never get the chance to interact with me in-game.

You are the only person who has directed any hate towards me, and i’m betting that this is simply due to the fact that most of your posts on our site were deleted by mods simply because you were being ignorant and inflammatory towards people you’ve never even interacted with.
