PvErs and PvDoor-ers on Jade quarry can’t do kitten when all things being equal, but they will keep acting like they are tough. We all know that Jade Quarry won those matches not because of the skills and tactics they have, but time coverage, they are still in T1 because of their great-skills in night-capping and PvDoor; this server’s WvW is entirely carried by Foo.

In case you haven’t figured it out after six month of wvw, in gw2, quantity is EVERYTHING.

Thats funny because its not like JQ lead through all of NA prime time or anything. It looks like that new JQ transfer [BUGA] seems to be working out pretty well. Held its own against both servers for hours.

Seeing the score like this makes me incredibly happy because it shows that the potential for a balanced T1 does exist. Also because, you know, I’m on SoR. =P
But really, I feel like we have proven that SoR can hold it’s own against the big boys before our curfew. Hopefully we can keep our numbers up overnight since the server leadership has spent quite a bit of time trying to shore up our weaker timezones. At the very least, score updates like this should keep the forum warriors at bay for a short period of time in regards to whether SoR “deserves” to be in Tier 1.

If the scores were the same as last week the Elo rating would not change. You and BG would have to beat SoR by 200k and Kain would have to beat TC and FA by 200k each in the same week. It’s not even possible for Kain to make T1 unless a major server shakeup happens.

Sadly, with the system Arenanet has in place, it takes a lot more than simply losing by a good amount to drop a tier. The deciding factor is the score differential, and that differential must be extremely large (or just moderately large if both tiers are a blowout).

SOR moving down and/or Kain moving up is not likely to happen in the coming weeks/months. Even if SOR loses every match and Kain wins each match.

GvG chat logs are private,confidential and are commonly told to only a few to prevent public disclosure. If you were rejected, there is normatively a reason for such a reply. Best you bring up any concerns you have with our GMs
