I am pretty sure HoD and NSP are teaming up against GoM.

At first, GoM (green) keep is attacked by both HoD and NSP then HoD retreated and NSP takes the keep. HoD takes Aldon.
The map is divided evenly by red and blue, all fights are in the green territory. Orgoth is even white.

Then GoM attacked RQ to get supply. We were attacked by HoD from Wildcreek and attacked by NSP from Aldon (note Aldon is at the hand of HoD, but NSP did not bother to attack Aldon).

Then we assaulted Durios. We wiped out HoD defense. Then NSP zerg appeared and hit us hard. After wiping us out, they retreated without even attempting to take Durios (no HoD defense and gate is at 50%).

No fun in a 2v1 game.

There’s already a thread for this week’s match-up. As for us getting double teamed, that is part of playing a game with 3 factions. Whatever your perception of the ‘rules of engagement’ are, it is unrealistic to expect everyone to adhere to them.

I am just curious how you guys can communicate so efficiently, especially with so many zergs who might not listen to the commanders.

This is 100% not true. And it’s a delusion that I think every server has at least once. I was convinced last week that GoM and HoD were teaming up against NSP (my server). But all my suspicions were unfounded. The reason you feel this way is probably because you guys won last week. When a server wins, they are independently perceived as more of a threat by the other servers and perhaps targeted out of fear. But the truth is that WvW is really random. Who attacks what in PUGS is often decided in a split second by someone randomly typing “Anz?” or if a commander is in charge, it’s a decision made based on supply and fortification demands. Last week we were squeezed to an inch of our life by GoM and HoD. I really felt something must be going on, but it was all just paranoia. And personally speaking, NSP is not fond of HoD due to quarrels between some guilds that transferred from NSP to HoD. As a server, we have much more resentment towards HoD than GoM. Rest assured, there’s no alliance.

Thanks it means so much for you to say that.
I’m really touched, you know.
We put a lot of hard work in, just to beat you.
I mean, thats the end goal of it all. Thats what we all get up in the morning to do.
I really appreciate your warmth during these cold hard times.

Take a breath and reread my post. I said ‘us’, as in GoM because that is my server as well. Frankly the QQ about double teaming is tiresome (throughout the WvW forums.)

Only guild I know of that went to HOD was PAXA so no reaentment here for HOD I always try to focus on GOM primarily

Well if you really want some qq about double teaming, got back and read some of the AR-BP-NSP threads. It is funny, for weeks when ever AR attacked the last ranked team (NSP), it was playing for second.

Now that NSP be in second it is magically playing to win!

Oh how the stories we tell change.

Its only because both NSP and HOD know they can’t beat us head on, so they have to team up. Just take satisfaction in knowing that we are the superior server and they just can’t stack up to us 1 on 1 :-D

Except it’s Not 1v1 it’s a 3 way fight…can we just stop…At some point more likely many times over the last few weeks each server has been double teamed, get over yourselves and just keep killing

All I can say was it has been a fun night. Even when HoD golem rushed our keep, caught with our pants down :P

Hey guys Florandor here, one of GoM Commanders from the Guild HPV. I understand how everyone feels about teaming up. I agree that it may seem like to be a 2v1 at times but in truth it happens un-intentional, having a third server in the fray can determine who will come out on top. therefore can challenge how well a server can handle when the tides of battle shifts into overwhelming odds.

GoM, Hod, NSP. we are all fighting for points and is aiming for number 1, from the past 3 weeks, all three server shows how much they really wanted to be first, but there only can be one who will stand above the other two.

Keep on fighting hard guys, no one is out of the fight, imo we are evenly matched. I’ll see you guys in EB waiting for what you have to throw at me.
