And you’re just as bad. some of the things I’ve seen you little rascals do in EB are by far worse than a commander ditching a zerg. maybe you should transfer back to NSP, maybe the people in tier 7 could teach you folks how to play.

Dunno whose idea it was in AR to begin trebbing Wildcreek from Stonemist while it was still wood and Wildcreek is not, but it was not a good one. Took us all of 2 mins to decide to fill your walls with holes and build the trebs to do it. Cause and effect. =/

Since it isn’t as glaringly obvious as I’d thought, I’ll mention this; just because you see one person make a remark on the forum, it doesn’t mean that reflects the entire opinion of that server. Nor do the actions of one player (or zerg) reflect the actions of all the players (or zergs) on a server. So the comments “AR/BP/EB suck” are not only pretentious but moronic as well.

To be fair this happened exactly as they said. We also got wiped our fair share. But as a zerg of 20 vs a zerg of 50+ we should not be able to roll you with any regular basis.

I will say GJ on traveling as a zerg at all times though. In the odd times any broke off to do something else they all immediately formed back into the giant zergball the moment any battle of more than 5 enemies happened. It’s fairly good cohesiveness, but not sure it should be needed when you are facing 10-20 players :P. It also leaves you vulnerable to baiting and extending. One of which is good for taking your stuff, the other of which is good for taking your zerg hehe.

In my experience AR has a little more snap, BP seems to rely on their numbers and extremely basic tactics most of the time. Granted this works vs PUGS in EBG, but not vs any coordinated enemy.

I will give kudos to WFD, they manned up when they got GOAT to back them up, you should have seen how excited they were they finally had enough to wipe us… We were done for… Except FTF/GH came in and evened it up, and then everyone died.

I also had fun when we were running circles around WFD so we could take garrison, I think GOAT was the only people who realized that it was a trick.

Yeah, Never happened. The only people who beat us even numbers (was a 5v5ish I do believe) was WAR on BP, and we played that one pretty poorly. Kept single streaming in on them and dying like n00bz =\. For the most part “EVEN NUMBERS” doesn’t exist in this match up. It’s small group vs large group. Large group vs Larger group. Massive Group vs an entire BL… etc. This romantic notion of an even fight should be pushed out of peoples minds. kitten doesn’t exist. (Save for a random 1v1 you might have.)

EDIT: Not trying to take away from WAR in this statement. They played pretty kitten well in the instance im talking about.

My comment was not pro or anti zerg, it was just pointing out that BP’s 50+ zerg makes my computer stop and go to the point where at times its virtually unplayable. Need a better computer. Idc about your zergs, they go down as fast as non-zergs. Given the right circumstances ofc our zergs go down too. No one in this game can claim complete flawless victory.

Yes.

I find it funny how you pick on the WFD guild as if this proves something. They are a self-admitted casual guild consisting of people who run together because they enjoy each other’s company. They make no special effort to spec their builds for group play, and are just out there to have a good time and do what they can to help the server. In fact, they are actually fairly representative of Borlis as a whole, which lacks any finely tuned WvW fighting machine that can stand even-numbered against the Sekz’s of the world and win on any consistent basis.

But the hypocrisy of accusing our server of being a bunch of bads that run and hide at the slightest signs of a fight, while simultaneously berating and ridiculing those with the gumption to stand up to you is simply too infuriating for me to keep my silence (yes, consider my jimmies rustled!). If Borlis really were so awful, you guys should have rofl-stomped us the first week and been well on your way back into T4.

But wait … that didn’t happen. In fact, you’ve been consistently losing rating each week, causing that goal of getting back to the “real servers” that give you “real fights” to inch farther and farther away into the distance. Perhaps the insecurity stemming from this subconscious realization is what is causing some people to take up arms on the forums like they have something to prove?

I don’t know. What I do know is that, indirectly, you may eventually get your wish for more worthy opponents. Alienation breeds contempt, and contempt breeds monsters.

WFD sounds like a guild I can salute without problems. If you’re going to play, play for fun, not for the win (though winning can be nice). By the way, Glicko2 is set up so it’s very hard to get out of the tier you’re currently in, in an attempt to balance them (meaning if you’re not curbstomping, you ain’t moving). We’re dropping in points because it’s trying to keep us in the tier we’re in, and anything short of doubling/tripling the score won’t do a kitten thing with our rank.

Hello, I stopped reading right there. The self-admitted casual guild in question had people trash talking on the forum in our first week matchup along with a ridiculous claim that they beat [ECHO] twice in equal numbers fights.

I don’t go around shaming guilds like [WFD] unless they come on the forums making claims that they can’t back up. If they can back up those claims, then more power to them and I’ll give them full credit and respect on the forums. If they can’t back up those claims then they should instruct their members to not trash talk on the forums or someone like me will put them in a video.

Can you point me to this conversation in question? I do recall their being a controversy about this, but do not remember their being any out-of-turn trakittenalking by members of WFD. I have known tas and his guild for quite some time, and that is just not their style. Could I see them saying something like this in response to someone making claims of rampant and total dominance on the field … sure.

Is this person from the baby zerging guild still trying to talk to me? Get good at the game. Because at the end of the day, at least I don’t zerg and pretend my guild is really good at PvP because I run around in a group of 10+ all day. Sit down kid.

I always see [GF] on the forum offering others servers fair even fights and barely or not even one of the other servers taking up their offer, but to trash talk and nothing to back up their claims. If you really are better then [GF]. Man up and take their challenge. They will even go to the extent in setting up a the time and odds against them for the fights. It’s pathetic to see other servers open their mouths and have nothing backing them up. [GF] Have always shown the best sportsmanship to those that deserves it, but kitten shall always be treated as kitten.

rofl, which is why I always see those dogs have to run around in a zerg of 10+ in order to get anything done. They are terrible at roaming and should really just quit trying to pretend they are anything special. They are just like sekz, they think they’re special and not a just another zerging guild LOL.
