Are you kidding? The match up thread is the best part of fighting the goons, outside of getting some solid small group roaming combat.

Not the good kind of caring. The people that thrive on unsubstantiated situations and use that as the base of their arguments to cast a negative lights on us. I know we’re apparently the troll server (no idea how THAT happened) but you guys make it too easy to do so when people are whining about things they can’t prove and know nothing about.

That’s not the point. The point is tactics, patience. The Yak’s could’ve killed us anytime. They chose to wait until the right moment.

Ah, like Killjoy said it is a usual tactic. And yeah when you have a small ninja group you can’t really scout and prepare for that kind of thing.

I can’t take anyone seriously that complains about Maguuma’s numbers when guilds like NNK and BP exist. And news flash, it’s the weekend! It pretty much goes hand in hand that you’ll run into nothing but zergballs. When Monday comes, your regularly scheduled roaming may resume. And throw in some fight clubs please.

I’m happy with how Mag has done the past couple of days. Really great communication. Even when yaks tried to overwhelm with 3-4 targets at once we didn’t lose anything out of priority and the info was rolling in.

I’m having so much fun with this matchup Learning how to be a commander and having some really awesome fights- thank you DB and YB for the fun.

DB has been giving some really good fights this week. I think you guys go to bed a little too soon, though.

Must be nice knowing that it’ll all be safe in a few hours.

Then it’ll all be lost again in another few hours.

A few points. Munkee is on YB. NNK & BP are on DB. And when he said ‘evaporate & die’ I think he was referring to the poor sods who get run over by the Mag zerg, not the zerg itself. Mag may have lost a lot of the Mag2.0 mob but you guys are definitely a lot bigger & have better coverage than the Mag we used to fight back in 2012.

NNK takes YBBL while we have very few online, fully upgrades, then shows up with 2-3 times the number of players we generally have on the entire map anytime we show up to retake anything. So, we take the 5-10 players willing to work together and hit targets we have a shot at taking instead of wasting time hitting fully upgraded keeps knowing that NNK will waypoint in and greatly outnumber our commanderless force.

I think he was referring to the 50 man CL zerg that kept hitting mag bl while their own borderland looked bad.

not like CL does much other then drop you loot bags. only guild worth much in a zerg on yaks bend is RAM guild

I think it’s got a lot to do with the last patch & how offense is rewarded more than defense. It’s a selfish attitude & I’m as guilty of it as anyone as defense is what will earn more points for a server. I used to spend my WvW time defending YBbl but now spend most of it running around opponents borderlands. The fact that everything we hold will inevitably be flipped overnight also does make breaking other servers stuff more appealing.
