Just want to say welcome SF. Would like to start of with wow the zergs. Crazy WvW population this should be an interesting week. Ive also come to the conclusion you guys travel in packs…. During a 1v1 I had around 10 SF join and chase me for a solid 5 minutes. I have yet to get a single small fight 1v1, 1v2 without getting another 4 or 5 to jump in mid fight. Anyways should be fun week. Toodles.

I solo roam a lot and it feels the same way to you guys, in fact i think ill start calling you guys Dredge of Denravi, every time i go through there i run into 3-4 of you
idk I thought there was a decent ele from CLAW, albiet a little stupid since he clearly thinks he can tank 5 people, but I just 1v1 him and he was hilariously bad so I was wrong

Oh, don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the zergs. They’re fun to fight. I did just say I’m not mad. Excuse me for enjoying small-scale fights just as much as I enjoy fighting against zergs.
Lots of fun in HoD bl so far tonight :P that fight on the middle island was crazy. so much intensity in LK voice chat :P. an endless wave of SF that died to our ranks. again another showing of the PvP portal bomb catching me out of position :P i will have my vengeance!
i might be the one and only to say this from HoD…but i totally respect all of SF after just a few short hours

total respect for you guys. i attacked hills wall, already covered by an ac…..okay try the north gate with rams….already covered…..okay try catas….already covered by pre built catas…..okay lets try trebs on pride rock….pre built 2 trebs and a cata….i just had to bow and pull the guild out. you guys obviously know what you are doing. hats off for making me waste supply and blueprints :P
i have a feeling there is going to be alot of kitten talking, taunting, gloating, and other kitten in this thread. but i definitly underestimated SF at first :p especially since the first hour i was just farming you guys at Hills. LK and myself will definitly be more perpared next time your in our bl :P and wherever we meet you all.

It was an honor to fight you. We held hills from just after reset to 8 am server time with 2 shifts and put a way point on HoD’s homeland the first night. Was a really fun night.
Good stuff tonight on the HoD BL. Great numbers by SF and very nicely organized too. The main guild I saw was KING. Pushed when appropriate, pulled back when necessary. The organization was scary.

I imagine they will follow the same trajectory — move up a tier or two until they run into groups with equal and better coverage and then disappear in a mass of server transfers and fractal runs. Keep up the good fights HoD and NSP, I’m thinking about transferring down here because I’ve heard good things about your roaming groups.

NSP always welcomes roamers / roamer guilds as long as they want to work together with the current guilds we have and stomp da newbie zergs

Honestly it is what has made WvW so enjoyable! Small group roaming, but when a server feels the need to send 20 to secure a camp, just because they have the population to do so, it gets a little tiring. Yeah you will kill me and im sure you get a lot of satisfaction from it so kuddos for the numbers. On a side note it is fun when we do wipe the zerg train attacking a keep or tower, but we still lack the numbers. Yes I understand when WvW is exactly that… Server vs Server, but only thing it proves is which servers have the superior numbers. Aoe’s are killers for small man groups considering you can never effect the entire zerg with your attacks with your own. Not complaining at all cause I do have a new found respect for the numbers of SF and definitely they deserve to be here, however WvW is totally a numbers game and the only fix will be to make the maps (or EB map larger to combat the tactic of Zerg in force). If it means we move down a tier to 8 then so be it, but that is imho what makes WvW enjoyable… small teams making the difference. Even alot of the more well known guilds have 15-20 to combat the superior numbers whereas, that is our zerg numbers for the most part. Still says alot that we can hold our own for awhile. And believe me we will still fight!!

Here is the funny part. My little 4 man group runs around you BL and I can’t find a small group to fight either. Biggest group to come stomp us was somewhere between 20-50. I had to release due to excessive corpse jumping and didn’t bother to count players vs pets, hence the inexact group size. This was not a unique experience either. Typically, we run into triple to quadruple our number. They chase us around the map. So what have we learned? Your server does exactly the same thing so complaining about it is really hypocritical.

fun times. there’s no strategy to it. don’t delude yourselves in to thinking that a lot of people on hod give a crap if you outnumber us, or outscore us, or outzerg us. honestly, we do not care. we are here to have fun, and that’s that. if we gave a crap about winning or how leet our opponents were, we’d have transferred to different servers long ago.

I just wanted to stop in and say i’m happy to see SF doing well. I think we can put to rest all the talk about who belongs where. It is obvious that you guys were meant to be in a much higher tier as all of T8 knew that. It also shows us that everyone in T8 actually could be in T7 as GOM is at the bottom ATM. Not saying it will stay that way but as it stands right now it shows FC or ET could be in T7. I thank Anet for this move (it should have been done much earlier but thank you none the less) it was much needed. Also, all you in T7 trying to complain about SF numbers? GOM is saying the same thing maybe all 3 servers should have switched this week?

Nightly kudos goes to the NSP mesmer I fought outside the HoD garrison by the sentry. You took out a lot of my allies, and myself while on my underleveled thief, so I came back on my mesmer for a little revenge. It was a really fun fight, we both went down and I was able to win thanks to my glassy rouge. Hope we meet again ~
