Had a great time retaking SM from GoM We tried it last night with a 6 man golem rush and barely got stopped in the Lord’s room, so we tried it again with 3 golems and oh look, we got it.

Thank you GoM for all the fun last night. My special team and our main warband enjoyed the fights, especially when we took NE tower and all it’s pretty upgrades with just 5 people.

GOM and NSP continue to be good opponents.

GOM’s defense of their borderland was good this weekend, with solid turnout to make it hard to take much. Normally they were weak in the day, but not this weekend.

NSP had a really good counter camp team on their BL, arriving before the Supervisor died to roll our force. They got us in NW camp, SW camp x2-3. Started perimeter sweeping before taking camps because of that crew. Apologies to those on S wall for rolling them, but you were all NSP, and we were getting ambushed by you regularly.

Highlight for me was in NSP BL with a DDLG/VP force. We had SW tower. GOM was massed in ruins with cats, grinding down the walls of the tower. I took out 5-10 on a flank through lake to come in back side of ruins. When we emerged from the lake we saw SE tower being trebbed by NSP. Wall was 2 hits from going down, so our crew lined up and stormed in, getting lord down and holding in lords room as NSP crew came in. It was a hard fight but we held and capped. From there we portal bombed the GOM crew at the cats, and cut pressure there. NSP must have been mad because they rolled the paper doors on SE quickly after that.

It was a bit strange with squabbling with invaders in the enemies BL. For instance we got into it plenty with NSP on GOM’s BL, and we got into it with GOM on NSP’s BL.

Looking forward to more WvW this week.

Never, the Honeybuns was chasing him! We could of partied around a vista but he wall jumped!

Honeybuns doesnt dance to the beat, the beat dances to Honeybuns.

Even when rob was just a kid, before his emo/scene hair commandary phase, i was still chasing him.

Most of my play resides backed up at my spawn, not because I die a lot. But because i’m so good at not dying and running into my invulnerable spot.

To the SPCA thief, quit QQing that you guys don’t have numbers. Oh wait, nobody wants to play with a kitten, so it makes sense now. Ego level must be over 9000.

On a good note, had some awesome fights with XOXO the other night. Played some 2v2’s and 3v3’s for a good couple hours. Looking forward to more fights like that. Props to the phantasm mesmer, I couldn’t do anything to your 1900 toughness.

see the blue yak south of ruins. it came from the south camp. how does that happen??

also why do yaks stop at enemy towers?

The south camp was probably blue first. The blue yak would have moved out onto it’s route before GoM came to the camp to flip it. If a camp flips, that doesn’t mean it’s yaks automatically die.

Yaks stop at enemy towers because they follow a specific path every time. ANet never programmed a route that takes the yak straight to a keep, and I theorize that it’s partially because it would make yak-running too easy. Don’t worry though, yaks will never drop supply at an enemy tower.

im the one that flipped the camp. i was defending the camp. the yak spawned about 3 minutes after i capped it. it spawned after i died defending it.

which means that ~3 minutes after i capped the camp and made it red.. a blue yak spawned. ive seen it happen plenty of times before when enemy yaks appear at same time i flip camp but never seen it happen minutes after i cap a camp.

and yaks skipping towers, its not gonna make it that easy except for mendons.. but it should skip it.

I think it just looked that way to you as you weren’t watching the entire sequence.

What I would bet actually happened was the yak was on a return trip when you flipped the camp.
A returning yak’s image always lags far from where it actually is.
A returning yak can actually still supply at an enemy camp and continue on it’s journey if not killed. At least, I assume it has resupplied. That part I do not know for certain. I do know that they can make the trip back to the tower from an enemy camp.

8 NSP vs 10 DR = zerg vs NSP (ohh I mean only 3 NSP, those other 5 don’t count, and how dare DR ever push NSP spawn when they are trying to take the tower thats 4000 range north of where they were attacking)

Going off your math skills here, you’re just a bunch of zergers too in your 5 man. Unless you completely pass up 1s and 2s of enemy players, which you don’t. So that doesn’t make sense.

But its ok when you zerg surf and camp a zone entrance. And btw kevin, next time don’t spread your passive aggressive, borderline personalty, BS. We run a tight nit group and…/gasp, we actually talk about what you say about various parts of our alliance.

Grats on being able to win duels, you fall easily enough in the field when being overwhelmed by 0.25 more players and in that hypothetical situation u kept making up 5 v 15.

I have discussed the behaviour of one of our members with the other leaders of SPCA, and we have come to the conclusion that Teivospy/Kevin will be kicked from SPCA as we do not condone her actions.

I am sorry for any of those that have been hurt by her behaviour.

In moving forward, I request that everyone stop bad mannering each other. We are playing this game to have fun and while SPCA does get zerged by AD, I have told the remaining members to knock it off.

Kickin people is always an unfortunate last resort but applaud makin a principled stand for good manners.
