Ok new day ran round solo killing random’s for daily got my 50 and for that they dropped 3 marks of honor are you taking the P or something spikes just don’t cut it for me.
please fix the very sad drop rate on marks at this rate I may get some gear in 2020 0.o

Hmm, I find that I often get a decent amount of badges a night in wvw, think last time I was in wvw for a couple hours I got at least 10. If you really want badges you can always try doing the jumping puzzles (unless you are against that).

For those of you who couldn’t understand the run-on sentence, he is referring to the low drop rate of badges when killing players in WvW. And to you my friend, getting badges is best done through the jumping puzzles. I say good day.

lol true, but depends on situations at times as well, if the enemy pushes into your garrison/keep and you guys effectively make choke points with siege, you can farm badges. I got about 80 badges from last night within about 6hours, but after that drop rate got insanely low like there was some kind of diminish return, because i continued to play for an additional 4 hours, and got only about 5-10badges at best.

I find it incredibly annoying that the best way to get badges is a kittening jumping puzzle. Between that and the culling + stealth combination, WvW is hard to like.

I would buy a PS2 if I wanted to do jumping Puzzles this is an MMO so sort it the *&^% out

I actually really enjoy the jumping puzzles ^.^. Hmm, maybe try magic find gear, not sure if that affects badge drop rates but I seem to get a decent number from combat.

My kill to badge ratio is currently at 1 badge per every 5.4 kills.

Keeping in mind that bags can often not be retrieved, that probably averages to around 1 in 4. This is with zero magic find gear.

It sounds like you’re extremely unlucky. The drop rate of badges isn’t horrible.. but the gear that can be bought with them is junk. I spend all of mine on siege weapons.
