I didn’t see that anywhere, and I highly doubt they’ll reset them again. Last time they said “This is a one time reset”

They were quite clear that the AC-nerf reset would be a one-time thing.

i can see it already, zergs lead by 10-20 necros depending on how powerful the torment condition is……

Yay more ranged buffs. More necro buffs, as if zergs aren’t already 60% necros now.

This is great, but when are you going to nerf Arrow Carts?
I wonder how available torment will be for thieves. Halfway expecting them to tack this on steal since not very many people initially liked the healing mechanic but we’ll see. The weakness change is a pretty big too though hopefully the duration decreases will keep it in check.
Not looking forward to regearing all my alts yet again especially since they are looking to tone down a few of the popular builds. Judging from previous balances, it’s up in the air on how badly the builds in question will be affected if at all.

Are you really still waiting for ac nerf? I thought they made pretty clear is not going to happen.
Believe me, I’ve played RvR games long enough to learn that fun-killing patches are eventually nerfed to the point where they are no longer a factor.
It’s just a question of how long it takes, and how much attrition in the player base it causes.

So to recap, they reduced the effectiveness of confusion because it ‘punished active play.’ They see no problem however, with punishing simple movement too?

We still have no idea how much damage torment will do, if it will stack, or even if its single target or aoe.

We know it will stack in intensity, a dev posted about it. That’s all we have confirmed so far though.

Confusion got nerfed because it could hit for 2k+ on a single tick with less than 10 stacks of it on the enemy, the speed at which those stacks could be applied was irrelevant. Hopefully torment won’t be quite as powerful when it comes out as confusion was for so long.
