6 simple to implement ideas to improve WvW
I agree with point 2
Nar: I love that it will take me time and money to
reach the same level I’m at right now… …said no one, ever.
1: anet is talking about it already and most likly will be changed to like 1hr for everything but rams
2: Needs to change in some way since my guild can spend about 40g a week in upgrades alone(3 people paying)
3:depends on what you mean
4:no since some new players are lsot already
5:on golems maybe, rest no
6: would be nice if players couls also help to build upgrades too

They should have generic names for all places, IMO. And quite frankly, there should be more things to chat-link for convenience sake. West Stonemist Gate, for example. Stuff like that. The Borderlands in particular are made for generic naming.
2: Change the way location upgrades are paid for. Right now upgrades are a big expense on kind and generous players who really should be rewarded. It’s like a ‘nice person’ tax. Make guilds able to pay for upgrades.
I have said this a billion times but there should really be a popup where everyone in a map can chip in money towards upgrades that people queue. It would be something subtle around the top right corner of your screen.
So if one person queues an upgrade for 1g, and 20 people chip in 4s each, the person who queued the upgrade would only pay 20s.

Instead of renaming everything, it’d at least be nice if you could mouse over the location on the map and see which guild had it claimed (perhaps also replacing the normal tower/keep, etc. icon with their emblem?).
Some of those ideas aren’t exactly simple to implement, though.
hmm it would be interesting to see how 6 options work out and it could reward with some kind of amount of wxp.
Just imagine no more blobs just 10ish people carrying suppply to there keeps
It is so fearsome, brutal and agile, that no one say it’s name out loud.
They are afraid of their wrath so just call them DeX. But the real name is Dexterity Overload.
