Guild Wars 2

I was attacked twice today in one of the Borderlands by a Warrior. As he initiated combat, he dropped something that looked an awful lot like Engineer turrets. It did not look like Banners. Is there some consumable that allows for something like that?

There is a consumable that drops a mini mortar, but it is not usable in WvW last time I checked.

not really knowing what it looked like, racial abilities like shrapnel mine or power suit are possibilies
