I have a few tips to make Edge of the Mists so much better and nicer.

Tip 1: Make the timer more accurate. It now shows 3 hours when a new match starts, but it is 3h59m. Make the timer more accurate so we can see how long we have left in the match. Only under an hour it shows the right minutes.

Tip 2: Show your allies names and under the name, place their original Server, so it’s easy to see who is from your own server and who isn’t.

Tip 3: Place the same vendors of the normal WvW maps in EotM. Like an Trading Post and Guild Vault. Also an Bank would be nice.

Tip 4: Let us use our supplies for other things then only building siege and bridges. Some upgrades would be nice. For a small(er) amount of gold then in the normal WvW maps, since these matches are only 4 hours long. Like placing an Merchant in our keep or get a slightly better wall.

5. reward for 1/2/3 place, so peaple actually will fight for victory, not just evading another zerg group and capture point after them (karma/wxp train)
6. upgrades for towers/keep, 1000% faster and if enemy conquered enemy base they got bonus wxp for every upgrade done.
7. debuff when you lose your keep to force people defend it, not just “oh,they got it, free 1000 wxp +30 badges after 5 min”
8. special siege that can only be usable on EoTM, like “eotm flame ram” , ofc with discount

9. Reduce turret rate of fire OR remove knockback. Damage-wise they’re fine (coming from a glassy thief).

quick question; I thought we were going to get better T-7 mat drops/chest in EoTM?

You used to get about 5 to 6 dragonite for a keep, now you can get 16 to 25 ish per keep. I think that is quite an improvement.

Yes, finally someone else says that their needs to be an incentive for winning. I talked about that in my guild chat on Tuesday, and all they said was that the bags were the incentive. BUT, even the losers get bags.

So, yeah, since EoTM is killing WvW atm, they really need to give it more of a purpose. For the majority of the servers, there are not enough WvW players to fill the BLs, let alone the BLs and EoTM. So, Anet, I beg you to give us a reason to fight in EoTM (and the supply drop doesn’t count. Who cares about supply, if no one is even in your BL).

Remove the achievement for breaking / repairing bridges.
All I see is people on our side break our own bridge and repair it over and over leaving our keep at 0 supply. What’s the point in rewarding something like this anyway?

Remember that repair achievement during season 1 of leagues? ANet still haven’t learnt their lesson >_>
