A message to the devs
Yeah.. I have to agree, the new skill system and nerfs is pushing eng into a frontline close range monkey, and thats not how I liked to play mine at all. Thus mine is now mostly a mat farming/crafting bot, as I don’t enjoy frontline on my eng.
I feel like engineers are in a spectacular position.
Having read the complaints here, I have to wonder what kind of builds you are running, and how are you using them.

I thought the mortar kit was suppose to be our option for that long-range damage weapon.
Instead it’s become a crappy ranged support weapon with all of those combo fields. So basically a long-ranged elixir gun.
So instead of cutting the grenade’s range, basically nerfing it, can we instead find a way to nerf the elixir gun now and make the grenades what it used to be?

why does everyone want nerfs? I want more buffs!
