Yep… Even in T7 this happens. I’ve been in T1, 2, 3, 4 and 7, EU and NA and this happens in every tier. It’s sad the people that take the time to build this much siege just to give another server an advantage. At the moment, Kaineng isn’t even that far behind and I can’t see Eredon having any reason to do this. If it isn’t a spy… Just get off the server and stop trying to ruin it.

Yeah its sad people are doing this, we on gunnars have to deal with such a moron for more then 2 years now building rams all ovcer the place in EB keep. He is still going on to this day and have been reported 10000000 times.

As GM Proheals AKA Michael Henninger has said in some threads in his post on this sub forums, PM him and let him no.

I recently had a issue in which we had a player building golems to burn supply, then walking them off a cliff to destroy them.

I PMed him with the character name, the account name, the server, and the time. He replied back the next day. Checked the logs of that player. Upon confirming it, he replied, informing me that he made certain that account will not be in game again. Haven’t seen the player since.

Keep in mind, to be certain you do not do so with a player who you are not certain is being problematic, as they have been punishing those who make false claims.

Yeah unfortunately I didn’t catch who was actually building the siege only someone who was for some reason refreshing it. That could have (and likely was) been the person that built it all but since I’m not positive I can’t give a definitive report.

Either way, I certainly hope our server can have something done about this. Being in T7, it’s not like we have the numbers to deal with this kind of behavior in the event that something is attacked. At least in higher tiers you can pull zergs together despite low supplies and siege trolls, in this tier, you’re out of supplies and pretty much boned if the other servers bring more people than you.

Wait…ur on Kaineng? Kaineng is green and ur in a blue SMC…that would mean ur on FC cause FC is blue. If you are in FC, FC had ques on several occasions during reset. FC has enough numbers to handle most anything the enemy brings on reset…though ET did have a lot yesterday…
TBH that’s not a terrible thing. U have no idea how useful those Rams can be in a zerg fight. Just hop on that ram and fear everything forever. Not saying it’s justified or anything, but when it’s 5 v 15, and those rams save you from the pew pew Rangers and help u win, you will never look at a rang the same again

This is still a super troll thing to do, and it could be someone in the mood for trolling, not necessarily a cross-server player.

AND, I would like to address the last point of the poster above me. Being outmanned without supply doesn’t mean I’ve lost by any means. Usually, yes, but if you are good, no. You can staff ele/lv range/necro bomb/thief them to death of you are skilled enough to do so. It looks like SMC is upgraded, so you have cannons on inner that are very hard to reach… There are many things you can do without supply, including killing one than running through the portal,
Ive run with and led guild groups that have 5-10 and hold 20-25 l, sometimes even wipe the other group, at camps…in fact, fighting from inside the tower is one of the most detrimental things. Going behind the attacking force is better because everyone is loooking forward, and usually the pvders stay on the gate and the small group of intelligent people attack. They are easy to wipe, and the pvders still don’t know what is going on and u can wipe them too. U may say that it is “easier said than done” but I’ve done it multiple (borderline a lot) of times.

Oscuro is on FC right now, some of the guild transfered over to fight our own guys. (I moved my second account there for the same reason, I didn’t see any queue’s when I checked yesterday but only checked twice).

I’ve never seen that happen in the BL’s myself, and I’m almost never in EBG. And here I thought our server was safe from that kind of trolling Ah well.

Months ago on my old server Vabbi, one very popular commander used to tell zergings to report me cos he didn’t like roamers and there is no way a thief can take a tower that was taken by enemies 5mins ago. It got to the point when he told people to report me even when there was a visible cata/ram I used to break wall/gate.

Or when I transferred to Yak’s, 2nd day and one of our T3 towers was under attack by enemy server. No siege in, so I built 1 AC and I used it. 10 mins later I got flamed in map chat for wasting supplies. Somehow building that one AC was a proof I had to be that troll who built dozen rams in keep lord room.

Unless I am misunderstanding… Why do people seem to be defending this kind of behavior?

As of recent, I am under the impression that have dealt out some solid repercussions in cases of clear, fraudulent reporting.

Please explain or link a tutorial video. I am a returning player that hasn’t played in well over a year, maybe 2 years. WPVP is the lure and the info I have read rates GW2 PVP as the MMO with the best PVP, that suits my play style.

Having played PVP in WildStar, WoW, Rift as well as having played SWTOR and TSW, PVP is all the attracts me when all is said and done. Thing is, MMOs are bad about no explanation and that leads to senior players having anxiety attacks over things a clueless new player will do.

The photo posted doesn’t explain anything to me as to the problem. Since it has been a while, even though I have a level 80 character in reasonably nice gear, I have started a new Ranger from scratch as to get the hang of the game again. Reading the OP statement and reviewing the photo, tells me there are things I will need to know as not to make mistakes and bring down the team. Where can I find the information regarding WvW battle Do and Do not Do tutorials?

The issue with original pic is a ton of Rams not near any door. They are normally used to bust down a gate. They do have a fear attack as well, but look how many were built.

This Was obviously done to waste supply. Without supply, legit siege that has a reasonable chance to assist in defense – ac / ballista / treb cannot be built. Even if there is unlimited supply (and there isn’t), there is a cap to the # of siege that can be built.

Does he smell? I saw a person donig this in EB and he smelled bad if you know what I mean.
