Up to 45min ago Rof occupied almost all of EB.

Suddenly there where enmies inside outhers wall Stonemist ….? ?
Luckely we where able concentrate our forces and keep SM
But lost lowlands to green, and almost overlook to red.

Two or three people say an enemy flying, only one was able to report)
I did not see the flying myself (i was on the other side of SM) but i’m quite sure of it being true
- No walls where broken
- SM has been under our control sinds saturday.

To Dz agonur WhitesideRidge keep a lookout for hackers/exploiters on your own server (and as well as on enemies server) because nobody likes hackers.

i thaught wall hacking had been delt with by Anet :S hope this doesnt continue and is an isalated incedent as we (RoF) have been against DZ for 3 weeks now and hasnt happend before to my knoledge

Two days ago when ROF had sm and both ws and dz where fighting to try and take it, we saw a dz invader glitched or hacked under the floor of sm some one did get a video of it and i will see if they can put it up

also at this moment in time whiteside are using a bugged zone to set up a treb to attack there garrison so we cant attack it at all :|

Use a treb against it? not that i credit such tactic in the first place.
As well as, you are accusing an entire server for the activities of a group or individual, i too deplore using such tactics but you make it sound like were trying to win with every possible means including cheating which i find greatly insulting.

Whiteside Ridge is already dwindling in numbers and we are trying to do as much as we can even though our chance of turning the tide are small-to-near impossible, we don’t need our whole server getting discredited like this so that people think were a whole bunch of cheaters and deter them from thinking about joining us.

I might have put it down a bit skewed, but i dont accuse the whole server for one or a few induviduals. Im sure there are some rotten apples on RoF to.

I was only trying to supply the proof i have , that some are using exploits/dubious tactics.
Once/If every server is aware of exlpoits activly being used (on your own server or on the enemy’s) everyone can try to report these dubious tactics and make the game clean from misuse.

Noone has anything to gain from exploiters.

[HON] Guild on Dzagonur just glithced bay Walls and entereted with portals.
GG you are a good guild of bug abusers.

Never seen Hackers on WR but ic annot say the same for Dzagonur is full of abuser.

like di romilly posted, that treb is in a null zone, and defend by legend defenders so if thats not cheating i dont no what is? so we cant set a treb to take it down as the treb will need to hit a zone that can be dmged and have the aoe hit the treb :|

Please stop pointing fingers, there are bugs everywhere and as someone earlier said its not the server planning to set it up in a bug zone – its a few individuals. We don’t blame you for using it if some kitten set it up, but please discourage it best you can and report it because some day another server might use it against you.

FYI that is not the case, there may be legendary defenders there but at that area we do not have the invulnerability buff (for whatever reason) therefore trebs can be damaged (anyway, i heard that siege in invulnerable positions can still be damaged)
Edit: Siege Deployment Block goes hand-in-hand with the invulnerability buff…

A little heads up for how they prob got through the outer wall. I’ve seen thiefs being able to jump up there with the arrow skill. We have already reported this and the player who we saw do this. Wasn’t against any of this servers though? Let’s hope people will stop abusing

In locations near the invulnerability buff, it’s possible to build seige just outside while the operator/defenders stand in the buff area. You can still destroy the siege, you just can’t hurt/move the operator and those next to him.

Yes, this is problematic and kind of dirty, but that’s the game.

I’m glad to say ANet seem to have fixed it, the invulnerability + siege deployment block now extends all the way to the bottom of the stairs (well, not quite, it kindoff stops short at the top of the last few steps)

Entering outer walls in 30 with a portal is not INTENTIONAL?
Lulz they were ppushed back again and again, then for a sort of magic they are all in with a portal and no mezmer were in we cleared the keep very well. Just pathethic.
I usually dont point finger, but Abuser guilds must be known for keep hem under control.

ALT+f4 is not a problem. IF that guy wanna spend time relog all the time is his own business. If you are defending a keep and a lot of idiots do alt+f4 u gained 5 mins of time without these idiots.

Never said all glitches are unintentional – just before we get a witchhunt for every mesmer stuck somewhere strange …. the new patch seems to address texture climbing which should also solve a few problems.

ALT+F4 is a problem for me – it shows lack of sportsmanship, it enables people to scout wall defenses without paying the price for it and it denied my level 30 ele some experience she deserved…

I’ve seen one of our dzag guys flying at our bay while we where defending it 2 days ago.
I was the only one recognizing it and started fraps to make a vid to identify the one flying (wasnt able to see who exactly it was cause we had so many there, thats why i wanted to film it and report). Unfortionaly i didnt see it again after i started fraps :/
So its true, there is someone cheating on our server, but its no one from the WvW active guilds as far as i can tell (HON, SC, Orb,twix). Whisper me ingame if u see him again so i can look who exactly it is.

Now to my best friend, DaYeL.
As i wrote in a different topic, there was a mesmer hiding inside the bay. He was not a member of HON and i dont know where he was hiding. But its a fact, he was inside it since u were killing the lord. He even got spotted, maybe ask your own guy why he didnt tell u. So we went to the bay where 5 WSR were standing on the wall spotting us.
Some randoms placed catapults, which was good to distract from our memser who was walking to the hill behind you. He made a portal from the cliff to the ground and we used it. And now ppl have to watch out for the glitching, hacking guild HON? Seriously? Using portals is hacking? Sorry but I dont like this fingerpointing s+++, backed up by “guessing” whiout any real proofes. If i have to fear that i get reported for hacking/glitching/cheating every time i use someones portal, i better quit WvW.

The last one who used glitches we knew of got his kitten kicked. This was 2 month ago.
Since then ive never heared/seen any glitching/hacking person till 2 days ago.

Also an idiot understood they used a program to stick all and they done it very bad , cuz when Lowe faced same number of ppl sucked all the time. So pathethic

And no, We cleared with 50 ppl the walls so your memzer wasnt there. At least he used the rock glitch to hide himself, this dont help your reputation anyway man.

Now the discussion is deteriorating in style, seriously. You know you have a mesmer inside when he tells you so right after capure on TS and continues to announce his presence and begs for people to come before he is spotted. You did sweep, I’d say but some places are very hard to sweep – I play a mesmer too and my record has been three hours with LOTS of enemies swarming all around me, setting up siege and whatnot and NOONE spotted me. I guess I lost a few pounds in those three hours from sheer anxiety.

As for the fail turtle tactics … haven’t been in one lately and I assume the healing nerf makes them unviable nowadays but when we did run them you didn’t look very good – and that with a 2:1 or even more advantage. I guess it’s down to we use the term fail in a different context.

I bow to you when you say that you laugh at us because we’re no challenge – that shows true sportsmanship even when you’re a fair bit behind in points. Keep up the spirit – RoF is steamrolling us both and Whiteside and Dzagonur can do with a bit of a laugh.

I´m that mesmer, more skilled as yours, isn´t it? ;-)

Dude, some things u cant imagine are possible in this game if u have people with much disciplin and skill and someone who can lead them properly. Ofc they failed sometimes, cause as the trashtalk about them started, they did this tactic for the first time and were still training it. Nobody can do this perfect within 2 weeks starting at 0.

I trusted him cause i know him as he is always on TS. Maybe u got me wrong, he was not the “random” i talked about and he announced that he is in the bay right after u claimed it.

We laugh about posts which try to make us look like cheaters/glitcher/hacker/buguser, if we know who the finger points on and what realy happened.
So far we are aware of someone flying around and we try to find out who it is. Beside this, the “non random WvW players” on our server neither use glitches/bugs nor run external software to move as a group (excluded the bots which where not seen for some weeks now)

Its discusting how fast people point fingers on someone. Instad of thinking about what might happened for real, they take the easy way and just say: “nah impossible, they MUST have used bugs/glitches/hacks/… . We dont know how that happened, lets report them.”
On the one hand its funny if it isnt true, on the other hand it creates rumors which will be retelled as the truth.

I know u wont believe me and i cant change this as long as u dont open ur mind and think about what we say. We even tell you what happened and show our cards.

However, the hunt after the flying guy has been started.

Same a hour ago, they did the same with treb, but now they had 2 treb, 3 ballitsa, also 2 golems, waiting there, lucky we were able to kill their siege

Hacking can never be permanently fixed, they’ll always find new ways.
And what’s worse usually hackers are faster with developing new tools, finding new ways to get through the security layers than any company analysing the root cause and implementing a fix for it.
The only way to be 100% save from hackers and future hacks is to not be connected to any network that connects in any way to the interwebz.
Look at it like a lock, every lock in the world can be broken (I actually know a guy who “as a hobby” helped testing RL locks (like padlocks, door locks etc.), police and producers of locks sent him samples of their latest unbreakable lock and he was able to open all of them within at max a week) regardless if IRL or on the webz .
