People are always whining about this class in WvW and too an extend I agree that perma stealth thiefs are just cowards. But how about whining about something more game breaking in WvW with the so beloved arrow cart’s. Why can these things shoot through impossible barriers like behind a gate and the arrows just pierce through thick solid wood ? yes makes sense!
Not too mention how noob friendly it is too use them, place about 10 and SM is just near impossible too cap even when you flank from different locations. Why not put a limit on how many AC’s can get in a wide area like only 3-5?

1: Arrow carts do not shoot through, they shoot up and over.
2: There is a siege cap.

How is that work?
1: If you see how the arrow cart is placed i doubt it get over a wall when only a few meters away from the gate and still being able too hit people. Either increase the siege defense skill points with like 5% or 10% each point less dmg then this barely noticeable 5% total…
2: Yes I know, what I mean there should be a cap specifically on AC’s on a wide area there should be not more then 3 or maybe 5.
I’m just getting tired of people hiding behind siege and almost every match up its the same boring crap of AC spammers.

If you aim it at the inside of the gate, the AC will damage flame rams outside of the gate.

There is no reasonable counter counter to stealth.
There are many reasonable counters to AC’s. Put 100 AC’s, I’ll put a treb and they are gone. Or build 20 golems and laugh at the ac’s. And so on. Limit to siege placement is of course a good idea. Isn’t it already in place though?
ACs only had the biggest thread probably ever with 50 pages of replies. And then after a month or so they were re-balanced some.

On one hand I agree with the OP, but on the other hand, if these AC’s didn’t shoot through walls, it would make it exponentially difficult to defend. I’m in favor of having them not shoot through walls, but they better quadruple the damage they do in the process then.

Funny… I have no problems against stealth on any of my classes…
As far as ac’s… since the range changes they made on them I don’t really have an issue with them anymore either… I do wish they would give us another PvP game mode without siege though… something like… 2 guilds fighting in a war…
