Account bound Jumping Puzzle
Really? People find anything to complain about these days… Go kill people, get drops and badges, purchase siege, profit. Stop complaining about such miniscule things!

I have tons of badges thats besides the point. Wasting badges on siege when there are other methods that were fine coupled with the fact that anyone who uses a lot of siege won’t be able to maintain their output with how much they can get with badges. I would spend roughly 75g a week on siege alone without jump puzzle siege.
what is it exactly that you’re complaining about? did they remove siege from the jumping puzzle loot table?
edit: never mind, saw another post explaining that jumping puzzle loot timers are now per-account rather than per-character.

It’s now account bound. I.E pretty much removes any chance of stocking your self and others through the JP ports.
the siege was soulbound before. making it account-bound is an improvement.
are you saying that you can no longer drop siege in order to give it to others? you were previously able to do this when siege was soulbound so I don’t see why making it account-bound would change anything.

The Jump puzzle chests are now account bound i.e one per account. Which put’s an immense strain on siege due to its costs.
I guess that’s an issue if you had lots of alts, and either had a lot of time to run them all through the jumping puzzle, or were able to get portals for them.
Are you asserting that a large fraction of your siege came from people who were using alts to run the jumping puzzle multiple times per day? If that’s the case, I’m not sure that I agree this is a problem. Arguably, this change is a fix to a problem.
In any event, the change should affect your opponents just as much as it affects you. If you can’t drop siege as freely because you don’t have an army of alts supplying you, that means your opponents can’t do it either.
Less time spent on alts hopefully means more time spent on mains. This is probably a good thing.

My issue with it is if siege can be dropped as they stated was intended then why make this change as well? Simply put it makes no sense to change one this late in game after saying it was intended.
this way you can transfer siege between two characters on the same account, via your bank. previously, you could only transfer siege by dropping it on the ground, which is fine when you’re giving it to someone else but doesn’t work well when you’re trying to move it between two of your own characters.
