In summary this means I was suspended without reason other than accumulation of points. The Mail_icon 0 means I have 0 private messages discerning the reason I was suspended.

I recently acquired these points when posting constructive suggestions about WvW and did not “break the forum rules”.

It looks like facebook interns are in charge of the forums as opposed to an organized business.

Please address WvW issues before you go deleting/banning/suspending/etc. Thank you.

It is probably because you posted 2 other posts about how you though Anet was doing a kitten job. Take a week to relax from the game and the forums. You will feel better.

That was on another account…..how do you think I can post if I am suspended on this account? Thank you for your helpful input though.

I realize it was on another account. The fact is that you are still spamming the forums. I don’t know the name of the other account so how could I possibly know how many times you posted threads like the past few? Just relax and let ANet work through it. IT bothers me too but if you just sit back it makes the show a whole lot better.

I’m more worried about how hard they try to “cover up” suggestions by deleting them under the pretense that its not helpful or about the thread topic; or that rather it was deleted because you need to notify forums@guildwars2.com if there is an issue in WvW.

As if that email address does not have over 1000 daily emails going to it already.

How about the pretense that there have been 323023123124124131438914 other threads and posts about the same topic :p

Perhaps the suggestion was presented in such a way that it wasn’t deemed constructive.

Honestly, I would not care as much if they banned from forums and addressed the issues.

But the fact that suspension happens and they delete the voice, means they want to keep the awareness level at a minimum.

They seem to be following FOX News technique.

Fern, hundreds if not thousands of suggestion threads have made it through just fine. Logic suggests that your posts were somehow different. This one, for example, is not constructive in the slightest. It’s essentially you calling Anet incompetent.

Remember, criticism is not constructive by its nature. It can be constructive, but tone and intent are two other components to it. If you’re not trying to be helpful, and if you’re not approaching the situation in a reasonable and polite manner, then you’re not being constructive (at least not the kind of constructive they’re looking for). So think, were your posts constructive? Did you do or say something that could be construed as offensive?

In one thread, I responded to a guy who was being a jerk by calling him a jerk. My post got infracted. The mod went out of his way to essentially say “I know it was not your intent, but this is against our rules”, and I received no infraction points for it. They’re hyper strict with their rules. Things you say may be against the rules even though you didn’t even intend it.

I received 0 private messages, even after it clearly says there is a private message with further details.

Just by seeing your attitude, I have to admit I’m skeptical. You’re very quick to bring your real life agenda into the discussion. It was completely unnecessary to even mention Fox News. This seems to me to indicate you have a bias against Anet, when taken together with your quickness to resort to insults and failing to consider completely possible alternatives other than massive conspiracies.

Okay though, let’s assume that is true. Mistakes happen no matter how good the team is. I have never experienced the issue you have. I have not heard (though I don’t deny the possibility) of other people having this issue. Even if they did, it’s clearly not common place. Errors will happen. On the whole most suggestion threads are left alone. Most rule abiding posts are left alone.

Same thing happened to me. Got banned a day without even information about why I got banned. Does A-net operate in China now?

Think about it folks- it’s F2P… which means everyone can look at the forums… who is going to play the game if all the dirty laundry is hanging out in sight?!

At least I hope that’s why some many threads are arbitrarily locked and/or deleted.

I had 3 PM’s today from Moderators… and I know they haven’t found all my posts yet.

There are other games… probably time to take a break and do something else- spend my money on something else too!
