Add report hacker
You can try writing an email to Exploits@Arena.Net. I agree with you 100%, that the report options that they give us in-game, and our ability to accurately record the incident (writing a short description) is very lackluster in GW2.
I would love to see anet “deputize” some wvw players. Wvw deputies would get an ingame notification when someone reported a hacker and be tasked with tailing the reported player and take screen shots of them hacking or siege trolling or whatever. Of course, anet would have to actually do some WORK and set up a protocol for recruiting and vetting deputies, so forget I ever mentioned it as it will never happen.
I am pretty sure you can report them as “botting” and it will get attention. You can also email directly to Mike Henniger (sp?)

That’s not what the exploits@ is for, and anything submitted there will be discounted.
submit an in-game report for botting, this will cause a GM to check on them in-game.
which option you choose, an in-game report or send email to exploits@arena.net, depends on the outcome you are seeking.
if you want a player banned, submit an in-game report. these reports go to people who can monitor and ban players.
if you want an exploit fixed, send an email to exploits@. these reports go to developers who can change the game to remove exploits.

Anet has already stated multiple times, report as botting and they will investigate.
emailing exploits@arena.net is for informing them of exploits, not about reporting the people doing it. Customer support is to report the people, and notifying via reports is more useful to them. Hopefully we’ll get a way to give more information than a generic ‘botting’ but right now that is what you use, and it does work. It may take days. There are some other ways to contact, if action isn’t being taken. I don’t think I can explicitly say it due to forum rules, but one of the GM’s has asked for people to contact him if they have concerns not being addressed in relation to hacks/exploits. I know the posts are around here somewhere.
