Srsly though: Yeah 3 hour plus queues for wub when you can lose it within 10 seconds of connecting is not on.

Free transfers off and back after couple weeks and they should give 1k free gems for players who transfer.

It’s not the fact that they’re being over-populated due to them being T1 or the Season, it’s the Achievement-Hunters from PvE.

Even Tier 4 servers are getting it.

GOLD league is now super mega blob, never ending queue servers.

SILVER league is now what GOLD league was.

BRONZE league is now well you get where I am going with this…..

WvW is the temp test server for Anet’s expansion into China.

Doubtful. As of about an hour ago, Maguuma had 1 map queued, the others were open.

On subject. Sure give them free transfers to bronze league, but don’t give them free transfers back. They knew this was coming, for the most part.

Oh I dunno. Everyone was warned weeks ago it would be like this. They even had a sale for xfer fees to help you avoid it. This isn’t a caveat emptor thing.

With all this fair warning, why should they give it for free.

Look at what time it is. Of course T4 servers won’t queue maps at this time of day but once prime time hits they will. I’ve heard servers as low down as HoD have been queuing maps. Lots of achievement hunters out there.

I’m personally of the point of view that T1 should drown in the spittle pool where they fall asleep at the keyboard.

All the months of “we have almost no queues”, “we notice no lag”.

Everyone bought into that like a bunch of chumps and I hope that 80% of them don’t get the achievements.

Of course the novelty is going to die down in a couple of weeks and we will be back to normal.
It’s a fun gloat for right now though.

Why would you want achievements?

I’m happy, I hardly have had any queues and have 6 of 15 lines of the achievement complete.

It really depends on the server. I’m in a bronze league server, and EB has had a queue since reset, and it’s not unusual to see 1 or more BL’s queued as well. Hell, at one point all four maps had a queue at the same time. My point is that achievement hunters do have a significant impact on the server, which gains numbers and coverage, at the cost of adding queues.

please don’t, we already have enough queues here in the silver league.

On sbi (you know, the one you say is the major bandwagon now), we only have 2 maps queued during primetime…maybe for a brief 2nd a third. People can get in. We only had a problem on reset night.
