I’m also confused… does it also apply when a monster attacks you as you are logging off? Or does it only apply when you’re in combat with a player?

In the amount of time it takes to relog you could have killed a few mobs and gotten more silver than it takes for your kittenty repairs…

It was more for the “kitten you” factor than the repair costs.
