what server and what timezone do you play?
Try prime time 19:00-23:00 gmt +1 and try to avoid BLs,go EB.Also if you are looking for some WvW group action join the zerg or find a guild with which u can play in wvw.
As for EOTM i cant talk about morning-midday time but in the evening its quite full.Just find some comander tag and follow it.
