Anet , please do something about the LAG!
this is really really frustrating to play, ive logged out everyday after jsut 1 hr of play cos of the lag,
Anet, please do something, anything to fix this as this is not fun atall to play!
You are playing on a tier 1 server…one of the most populated…. Transfer to T8, no more lag.
RIP my fair Engi and Ranger, you will be missed.
Posts about lag or other technical issues should probably go in the technical support forum. Also, it would probably be tremendously helpful to the technical support staff to include some details about what you’re experiencing and when, which OS you’re using and a description of your hardware. All of this info is necessary to properly troubleshooting any performance issue.

I cant really agree with this. Anet created a part of the game that was meant to include large scale battles with 3 servers. Unfortunately when this happens no one can do anything, I am lucky if I can auto attack sometimes. This is a problem with their hardware and it is their responsibility to fix it.

This is a well known problem that has absolutely nothing to do with a players hardware. This is an Anet server side problem. They have admitted in the past that their servers cannot handle the amount of skills being sent to them and there is a huge bottleneck.

Ok, this is not an acceptable fix
You are right that will fix the problem. But if everyone did it then the poor t8 servers would run into the same thing.

So much time has passed and still no improvement, i don’t know if its a server problem or not enough knowledge to fix this problem.
Today i wanted to play my favorite WvW game again, and of course.. nothing works.
When can we see some improvement? on 30 April? To be honest that would even be too late too.. very disappointed.

The thing is, you don’t know for sure whether or not it is the player’s hardware. You can assume, and maybe you’re right, but what if you’re not? There are a lot of computer users that don’t know much about what’s inside the box and will never get their problems sorted out if they don’t go to the right place with their questions.
