While I understand why ArenaNet have made then soulbound they need to introduce another way to spend them. On my main I have all HPs complete, both central Tyria and Heart of Maguuma, and I have enough badges of honor to fund a small army of golems for months, so there’s no point me spending them on anything currently.

Something similar to the Laurel vendor, but with more focus on WvW would be a good place to start, imo.

What if we could use them to buy boosts? Speed boosts, magic find, armor boosts, etc.? Small a amount PoH to buy a 30min boost of some kind.
