I just wanted to give a shout out for the massive fun my guild [PvP] (NS) had last night from about 10:30-12:00 fighting in the North at Titans Paw.
We were able to take the upgraded camp with about 6 people as it only had 3-4 defenders and maybe 2 arrow carts that they never made it to. We were then able to hold the Paw upgrading it and getting supplies to Crag and the Hill for about an hour and a half before we were called else where. During this time we fought off 3-4 large pushes of Anvil Rock defenders.
The first 2 pushes of about twice our numbers ran down the stairs and pretty much got insta gibbed. The last 2 pushes of a much larger force tried to hide behind the archery and send a group flanking is from the West. A much better strategy than the zerg rush but still did not pay off.
After the 4th push was dealth with we left a handful of pugers that had slowly formed and 1 of our members to keep en eye out. The second we got just down the road the zerg came back for a 5th try and was able to take it back. They must have really been watching for us to leave or got amazingly lucky with the timing.
Either way it was amazing fun and I commend Anvil Rock for not completely giving up on Titans Paw. I would have loved to be in that team chat tho
