Guild Wars 2

I like solo roaming, but sometimes it get’s annoying when getting chased by 15 people haha. Anyway, wanted to know if there are any Roaming groups on SoS or peeps who like to roam and do so regularly. In order to satisfy my thirst when I am alone I tend to get on Ranger or Engi and poke those 70 man zergs in EOTM and yolo. haha.

Anyway, I main Warrior now and like to get into some fun fights but tend to often get outnumbered. I figure with a good enough comp, we can fight some decent numbers together. What am I saying….I haven’t had coffee this morning….will anyone even c dis, emarghed my ingris is banishing.

Get out from behind your siege, or run roaming groups that doesn’t consist have 10 people chasing 2 across the entire map and you might.

People still think SoS has 4 nightly map queues? So much kitten all up in here. Oceanic is worlds ahead in roaming than some clueless idiot who doesn’t play Oceanic but still think they are an expert.

It’s true, Oceanic players these days are pretty light on, what what server isn’t? (except JQ of course, but you can’t tell them they are more stacked than BG right? :P) I recently saw a ~20 man PuG groups in EB over the weekend, and I was quite surprised! I hadn’t seen that many people in one place since TS and BEAR unfortunately moved on maybe 6 months ago now (wow time really flies, we still pester them from time to time semi-seriously to come home, but they seem happy where they are now).

As an Oceanic player myself, there are consistently far better plays I can roam alongside than what I come up against during American hours, on the occasion I get the chance, but I digress. I wish I could play more with my American friends, there are always tons of people looking for roaming action any map, which is good for me, as I prefer that style of play. Whether it is players from established WvW guilds getting small scale play in between guild raids to keep sharp, or the regular faces and tags that pop up all over the place, you can find something going on somewhere! (Despite what those 2 negative nancys might say about us)

roaming in t2 is not much fun anymore, if you enjoy roaming I would go to lower tiers for it. Generally in t2 the smallest roaming group you will find is 5 and the largest can be at 10-15. I used to really enjoy solo roaming and small man roaming with maybe 2 other people but it just doesn’t work very well in t2. I don’t know if this is everywhere now but the most notable thing I have seen when i switched from my t6 server to a t2 server is that I see alot more condi roamers and groups of condi roamers, when I was in t6 i rarely ran into condi roaming groups, but this could have changed by now and maybe it is this way in the lower tiers as well

there’s also PRAE to be found roaming as well, and i believe ENVY as well

hey hamster, thanks for shouting out my guild PRAE. PRAE is the biggest roaming guild on the server, but there is also NoWo and HoA and ENVY and OP, roaming on sos is still very alive, some members that really like roaming join multiple roaming guilds just so they can get groups easier. the T2 roaming scene is very rough on solo roamers but 3-5 still has very good fights. I can hit you up in game, or you can add me as well. PRAE has a lot of great warrior roamers, 1 of the 3 guild leaders pretty much only plays warrior and knows the class incredibly well.
