This is a suggestion for WvW. I think when an enemy takes over a tower/keep all siege equipment inside should then become the team who took over the tower/keep and not team who just lost it. To me I feel that it makes sense and would also make teams fight more for their towers/keeps.

As it stands right now there are many who cap and run and don’t defend. Well if the enemy can take over your tower and then gain all siege equipment inside the tower for theirs it would add another reason to make sure you defend ALL tower/keeps and not just run for exp/karma. Would make for a greater battle!

I honestly think all siege should be freely used by anybody. Like set up a system such that whichever team is the last one to use the siege, cannot destroy it (to avoid friendly fire).

You could also add a “cooldown” for changing hands…like the team that lays claim to the siege has to not have touched it for say…30 seconds or something. So if you storm a defensed position and the enemy retreats…after 30 seconds you can take their siege and turn it on them.

Then to add another layer, you could add a skill to every siege that is called like “Destroy siege” or “Dismantle siege”. Make it a skill that takes a significant amount of time to cast, but that way you can prevent the enemy team from taking the siege (but you have balance continuing to fight, with destroying the siege so they can’t take it).

Timer is cool however for “destroy” or “dismantle” as much as I would like this the enemy that transfers to other teams server just to hurt them could run around and destroy all the siege so I don’t think it could ever be added

Also to further the “cooldown” idea you could do it like you do to take over a point where you could run up to it and there would be a little popup that said “capture” or something and it would take 30 seconds or something to “capture” it and then it was yours until another team “captured” it. It could still be destroyed but not by the team that has it captured.

That would be cool in the field of battle where a team has setup siege and you end up pushing them back off it and then using on them
