I’ve gotten stuck a few times after building siege but it usually only lasts a couple of seconds AND you can still operate the siege equipment if you’re in control of it. However, last night I placed an arrow cart and was also the last person to complete the build. I was in control of the arrow cart but it wouldn’t fire and I couldn’t disengage from it. I even tried teleporting away with a utility skill.

Eventually I had to use a waypoint to disengage from the arrow cart. Same thing happened to a guildmate of mine a few days earlier. Both instances were after the recent patch if that matters.

Switch weapons in your inventory.

After the patch I have been stuck a couple of times. I was unable to shoot or leave and had to waypoint to free myself. As a side note, the person that placed the arrow cart can kick you off. It seemed to happen to me when the arrow cart was on a ledge of the tower and I was on the walkway slightly below. So if cart is on the back ledge, jump up on ledge before engaging.

Note — the weapon switch did not work for this case.

Double click any siege blueprint in your bag. Works like a charm.

I got stuck on an AC that was thrown to the outer edge of a wall. When I tried to disengage I got the error that I couldn’t drop a bundle while in the air. I forgot how I got out, probably WP’ing.

Yea, I notice that if I am standing on the edge of a wall and I try an arrowcart I get stuck and a message saying I’m in the air. If I’m standing away from the side of the wall the arrowcart works fine. Switching weapons does release you from the cart. Seems like it has more to do where I am standing than where the arrowcart is.

Dont get on one in the first place…go fight someone instead…problem solved
