people who are looking for a new server to play on really need to specify what time zone they play in.
you may not need to move to a mid-tier server — depending on what time zone you play in, TC, DB, FA or SoS may work out just fine for you.
as a guess I’d say SoS may be your best option.

Kaineng is currently on rank 13/24. I’d say that’s about the middle.
We have a very dedicated core of WvW players, mostly in the NA and Oceanic slots. If you’re on early you can roll with the NA crew, if you’re on late you can roll with our Oceanics.
While not having superb PPT lately we win many of our fights, have a good community and just a good time together in general.

I’d like to add Borlis Pass to that list. Solid mid-tier server with a great community, both PvE and WvW. Evening Eastern Time hours are really fun-filled with lots of events going on... WvW is active then and Lions Arch gets a little, um, unique. Stop by borlis.org and see what our community is up to!
I am on Jade Quarry but it is PACKED and just zerging 24/7. I have queues of 45 min to just go to my own BL.
Like to move to an active server, but one that is a little less populated yet still get some action.
