Hello!

I’d like to hear your view on the Warrior in WvW by asking a simple question: what have Warriors done for you?

Can you think of scenarios where you’ve been playing WvW and appreciated another player rolling as a Warrior?

Do you have any harrowing stories to debunk the idea that Warriors are a bad WvW profession?

Please, share your stories if you have them!

They’ve given me lots of laughs and badges.

Ummm…

Yeah, that’s about it.

OH! And the occasional chuckle as I get nailed by a 12k killshot from one hiding in the back of a large zergball and I couldn’t see the little guy kneeling down to fire it through all the other people surrounding him. But yeah, think that covers it.

Organized zergs use alot of warriors. Their AOE heals saved me a lot aswell as the cc, elite banner and general soaking up of damage.

Yes, with the advent of the mesmer veiled melee train, warrior has become the backbone of any great guild raid or organised zerg, guardian being close second. I threw my thief away because he couldnt take the damage from the huge group fights and I never regreted rerolling a warrior. Sure it’s not the same in the 1v1 department. But it’s WvW… 1v1 fights don’t matter.

A good warrior is a vital part of any good WvW group in my opinion. A good Warrior/Guardian/D/D ele as a group can mess up a mini zerg karma train in a hurry.
